I used to shop all the time at Indigo, Coles and Chapters, but recently I have heard that the owner of these stores is in charge of the HESEG foundation, and since then I've stopped going. I simply can't support a company whose owner is so morally bankrupt to excuse the suffering of children. I'm incredibly disappointed and will no longer be shopping with this company.
Besides this, any non-book items that they sell have been overpriced. Overall I wouldn't recommend spending your money here, spend it somewhere independent, where you are directly supporting the local community.

Huge selection and very organized! I love the way this Indigo specifically is set up, and I find it's super easy to browse and a little more open so it doesn't feel so crowded! Had seating inside as well which is awesome, and lots of staff available to help out when needed!

I really dont know what to say, it's a ideal book store for newer books (not used/old). Very spacious, friendly staff, they take holds if you call and check on a book, and every time I walk in for one thing I walk out with 5 extra books (but that's my problem not theirs :) ). the sections are very well organized and laid out. no complaints from me.
