Lots of great options! I was able to find the book I was looking for all on my own with how organized it was. The cashier was such a nice lady, super patient when I forgot my rewards number, she was able to help me find it again after many years of not knowing! Will come back!

The two associates that helped me tonight we’re exceptional. I was looking for all the Harry Potter books and wrapping paper. They found them within a minute. I was beyond impressed.

Great service when I’m getting books for my kids They’re always able to translate my bad dad memory and poor description into the right kids book because they read them when they were kids lol I’m just old I guess

Mostly kids and toddler items, no staff assistance on the floor, and aisles too jam packed with merchandise to allow ease of accessibility. Pretty lame.

Very rude service here. They sell porcelain mugs but aren't prepared to wrap the mugs they sell. Went as far as telling me they don't wrap the glassware they sell. My grandmother bought some cups here before and did have them wrapped. I believe this store racially profiled me for the color of my skin. Very disappointed with the service here.
