I got an alignment but they did not even bother to make the steering wheel straight. Called them and told them this and Anthony proceeded to yell and say that they did it and then hung up on me. He doesn’t care about his customers he only cares about the money. Most rude business owner i’ve ever met try to avoid them if you can they charge way more than other alignment places just to do a horrible job!

Professional and honest shop. They did my out-of-province inspection ($250) the same day. If repairs are needed, they reinspect for free within 10 days. They specialize in inspections only so they have no incentive to find faults to drive repairs. My mechanic had inspected before leaving the province so I was aware of the condition beforehand. Fair and unbiased inspections. Will recommend.

Rude on the phone, was just looking for help to get an inspection done on a vehicle as this is the first time I’ve ever done something like this and wasn’t sure what specific type of inspection I needed… said that he won’t do an inspection for me and were not interested in helping/figuring out what I needed.

Worth the drive! Anthony and his team got me in the same day and had me squared away within 40 minutes. They also offer to re-inspect for free if anything fails and needs repair.

If you want amazing unbiased inspection done, this is the place to be! I respect their honesty. They don't do repairs here so they will give you an honest inspection. I am an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and I work on my own cars. My brother moved from Vancouver to Edmonton, had to get an out of province inspection done. I personally looked after his car and came to Inspectors for the inspection. The left tie rod needed to be changed. Performed the task and went to Midas for alignment after. According to Midas, the shocks were old. The brake lines had moisture. The transfer case oil needed to be changed. The brake pads were worn. The oil appeared dirty and so on. I personally did the inspection and all of these things were taken care of before bringing to Inspectors. I am amazed at the level of dishonesty of Midas with customers. Would recommend Inspectors to my family and friends for the work that they do in the service industry

Took my car there for an out of province inspection.
This company only does inspections so they are honest and straightforward. They will not "make up" unnecessary repairs. No conflict of interest.
A family run business, I met with Anthony who had my car inspected in less than an hour.
All inspection places should be like this where there is no incentive to fail.
Very accommodating with time but give them a call which might save you time.
Highly recommended.

Came to ask what repairs would be necessary to pass inspection. Completely uncooperative saying that i should go to body shop. Since i wanted to repair the damage myself it was an idiotic suggestion to go to body shop.
