My experience with In Step Physical Therapy has been super positive. My physiotherapist, Roop, is so kind, knowledgeable, and positive. Additionally, other staff members who help with my weekly therapy appointments are encouraging and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend In Step Physiotherapy if you are looking for support in dealing with neurological disorders.

I had a wonderful visit at In Step Physical Therapy for my shoulder injury. The care I received from Neha Sarah was exceptional. They listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. In step physio there was a great choice, specially for students (they offer special rates for at least UofA and that is extremely helpful!). I was with both Amee and Roop and they were both great PTs, also the front desk team and the PTAs teams were amazing. It was great meeting all the team there, everyone was nice, caring and extremely kind and helpful!. Thanks for everything!

I had a great experience at instep from when i got my motor accident, they are kind, gentle and very understanding sometimes i am late for my appointmenrs but they still go out of their way to assist me. I have seen a tremendous difference in my injuiries and i am grateful for Neha and Eloisa as well as the ladies at the front desk. Best customer service and well knowledgeable about everything going on in your body. I highly reccomend.
