Excellent education process, I enjoyed every moment. Darla was fantastic and I enjoyed her lessons they were easy to understand, follow and rewatch as needed. My questions were answered very fast and with knowledgable responses. She is friendly and easy to talk to! Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be a nail technician

Ordered a dust collector from their website advertised as a bioseaweed gel dust collector. When I received my order it was a no name/knock off dust collector. So I emailed in inquiring as to why I didn't receive the one advertised... they did not even comment on what they had done. Simply told me if I was unhappy to send it back and I'd receive a refund...I was deceived in ordering and was also expected to pay the shipping to be refunded .. wow.So I again emailed back saying I felt I wasn't addressed in a way that actually dealt or resolved my concern and that I wanted the advertised dust collector..a credit for the $60 collector, or a refund.Instead they again reiterated I'd have to send it back and a refund for shipping would be provided AFTER I sent a reciept.. wow again.To make matters worse they sent me an expired Pre-Empt CS20 (used to disinfect/sanitize implements) and when I emailed in about that stating someone would of forgot to check the shipment prior to sending it out..I received a response pretty much saying "to bad.. we are sold out we have issued a refund to your card" I don't want a refund I want the item I purchased on sale lol.Just dismissive. Poor sales practices. Impersonal customer service and bad business.All they did was go and change the pictures on their website so others couldn't notice or have the same issue as I did..UPDATE: MAR 6th/2023. I have attempted to contact their customer service team multiple times now in regards to an order being refunded incorrectly. They will not respond/have not responded back.Incorrect glitter was sent out and have had no luck getting the company to send me the correct one or refund me it.They also sold me EXPIRED preempt cs20 and then refunded me incorrectly. Literal headache over a refund of under$15.

This company is amazing!!! I have dealt with them for years and years. If a product is not a satisfactory they have gone above and beyond to meet my expectations and then some to fix any issues that i may possibly have. I have barely had any issues with them... products are amazing... Darla is the bestest ever!!!! And all the staff when I have come in have always been helpful and polite. Never will i shop anywhere else and they always have great deals :)
