I bought a Groupon last year for 3 oil changes with 27 point inspections and tire rotation. I've been going there since. Great value and service. A wonderful locally owned and operated shop. They never try to force you into extra work and always give clear explanations of what work was done or needs to be done.

While this shop knows their way around cars, they fall short when it comes to building strong customer relationships. I’ve reached out multiple times for quotes on various major jobs (PTU replacement, radiator replacement, spark plug changes, diagnosing a steering wheel vibration that turned out to be defective tires, and even a basic oil change). Each time, I was either told to call back the next day or promised a return call within 15-30 minutes — which never came. Every time, I had to follow up myself just to get the information I needed before bringing in my vehicle.
For example, when I had my radiator replaced, the job took a reasonable amount of time. However, when I left my car with them for 1.5 weeks to diagnose the steering wheel vibration, they didn’t start looking at it until the day before I was scheduled to pick it up, which was frustrating and unacceptable.
While I understand it’s a small shop, the customer service could be much better. It shouldn't be this hard to get clear communication or updates. Most recently, I reached out two days in a row to book them for three significant jobs (lower ball joint replacement, spark plug change, and an oil change) and again, I was given the runaround.
I appreciate the work they did on my radiator, but I doubt I’ll return due to the poor customer service experience.
In 2024, there are a lot of competitive locations I could take my vehicle in, but I always try to support small "Mom&Pop" shops. But I suppose this is what you get with this one. Unfortunate, I can say the least.
The prices for labor per hour is fair, I do not disagree with the overall pricing of work to be done, I actually was surprised by how much cheaper it was. But sometimes the customer service aspect is just as important as the cost. Because my time spent with you is also valued like a currency

I recently visited Ital Motors for an oil change, and while the initial phone interaction with the receptionist was excellent—she was friendly, informative, and even called back to confirm the pricing—the experience took a turn for the worse when I arrived at the shop.
Upon arrival, the technician was unkind and dismissive, contradicting the price of $116 that the receptionist had quoted me, along with details about the service. He seemed unwilling to assist or clarify the situation. Frustrated by the misinformation and the poor customer service, I decided to leave without having the service done and asked for my keys back.
It's unfortunate that such a positive start was overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of the staff at the location. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Super nice people, not rip off artists like other shops I've been to. They'll tell you what's wrong and what needs immediate attention instead of saying the car is on the verge of collapse without thousands of $$ worth of work.

Awesome. I took in my FIAT 500 because I could not figure out the issue. They solved the problem. I am very pleased with their service. A trustworthy mechanic to service your vehicle. Highly recommend!!!

Fred and Mario are easily the most trustworthy guys in the city. Only place I know of in western Canada to get Lada and fiat parts over the counter. They've given me countless advice over the years on maintaining my niva. I sent my brother in law here to have the timing belt done on his Forester and they had it done right and on time. One of the few good mechanics left.

Best service experience I have ever had. They are knowledgeable, honest, and they explain everything to you. Loved how when I came to pick up my vehicle the man showed me all the old parts on my vehicle and explained the work they did. They also are not charging you a bunch of unnecessary things like many other shops do. A great experience overall.

Bought a Groupon and tried to change oil in this shop, their phone is weird and the first 2 calls always had Fax machine sound, thank god the 3rd time it works, but the guy said they couldn't accept the Groupon because my car is BMW, and the price for BMW is $150 because it is hard to change. They don't have the condition in the Groupon, but only told the customers that your Groupon can't be used and need to pay much more.
