I have been living in this apartment for two years, and there has always been an issue with insufficient hot water. In the first month after I moved in, there was a very unpleasant odor in the house that couldn’t go away. The soundproofing here is terrible, and the parking expensive than other apartment.

Not at all good with management! Says it has gym in the building but put in a request thrice to get the safety belts replaced as they are broken and has not ever been addressed! Says sauna in the building and no work has been ever done to fix it. Taking money in names of gym and sauna not at all good.

Trash places; shared expensive cloth washer； poor sounds insulation； the female
manager worker there don’t respect anyone, she will ask your personal information without you consent
