These guys don’t care about customer service or their terrible install services. 2 years ago had underglow installed In my brand new Durango, they hacked the wires, the strips kept falling off, left wires everywhere it was poorly done. I just went back last week to have a sound system installed in another brand new Durango paid $3000. I picked it up thinking all would be fine, but terrible assumption, my passive entry no longer worked anymore, you hit a bump and the subs would change tones on their own, again sloppy install from non professionals and people who don’t have a clue what their doing, asked if they could take 5 mins out of their day today on Saturday to reconnect the wire they forgot to put back when they had it apart, they said they were booked and they couldn’t do it till next week I said it will take 5 mins just need to plug in a wire, they told me they would talk to management and the installer and call me back. I have yet to hear from them. I took it upon myself, was in and out in 5 mins and my passive entry works again. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Over priced, under knowledgeable, terrible management, poor service, no customer service.

I brought my truck into jb's for a fuel issue I was having, these guys are phenomenal, from the front desk staff back to the mechanics, all very honest & friendly people, leo up front is the man, my truck runs smooth now, the fass fuel is game changer, the wife even says the truck sounds healthier, thanks guys.

bought an apple car play system for my car and the car needed a new dash kit for it to fit. The team was very helpful and took there time to make sure that the system was installed correctly. The new system I have is awesome

Incompetent parts Department. Rude , unfriendly and have Esues with themselves. Could not care less about you and your Dream car your building. Go anywhere but JB's.

I am amending an earlier review because JB's made their customer service problems right and fixed the issues then went over and above to ensure that I was happy with their service. Initially I posted a one star review because I was frustrated after dealing with a faulty remote starter installation and I felt like they kept putting me off. But I think based off a conversation I had with an incredibly helpful tech named Leo Wiebe, that it was just an error and I kind of slipped through the cracks. Once the management were aware of the situation they brought my car in immediately, fixed everything, made it MORE than good and now I am very happy with my remote start system. While it was frustrating it took so long to get everything taken care of, in the end, they did take care of it. I will continue to do business here and wouldn't discourage anyone from being a patron at their location.

I needed help syncing my new remote starter to our van. I stopped by the shop for advice. 2 minutes later the remote was synced I didn’t even buy the remote there. Thank you Ames.

I bought a K&N oil filter and oil filter from JB's automotive. I took it home, installed it, put in the oil and ran the car. I looked underneath and there was a huge puddle of oil under the car. I took the filter off and realised that the gasket on the filter was larger than the one that was on there. Apparently it was the wrong filter so I phoned them to check into the situation. First of all they couldn't find any record of me purchasing the filter and oil. There was an invoice in a plastic seal on the box but it was for another person so I thought okay that is the reason. I talked to Warren to ask for compensation for the oil and filter and he told me I needed to talk to Gary the manager. He basically said I should have checked the filter out before installing. I usually do and didn't this time so my bad, lesson learned the hard way. I stated all the information again (Olds 1970 442 with a 455) and they insisted that it was the right filter (HP3003). I said it can't be, the gasket is too large. They said they checked the part number again and insisted that it was right and didn't know what else to tell me. They gave me the number to call K&N to check it out with them. It was too late in the afternoon on Saturday to get through to K&N. I thought I will check it out online and see what I can find out. It should have been a HP 2003!!!! They had told me to bring the filter in and they would see what they could figure out but I couldnt do anything further with JB's until Monday. In the mean time I started checking things out on Sunday and I found out that Lordco carried K&N and the Lucas hot rod oil I needed. I had them confirm the part number for the filter i found online to be sure and they said yes that is the right number. I decided to heck with JB's and bought everything there.
The sad part is that JB's couldn't even get a part number right right for a bloody oil filter and that they were telling me to call K & N. In my view, you sell the product you investigate the issue not the customer. So long story short, I learned a lesson (always check your filter). I ate the cost of the filter and I won't ever go back to JB's, Lordco looks like they have everything I would ever need.

I am happy to report that I was contacted by Gary the manager in response to my review. He apologized for the the mistake made in supplying the wrong filter and that he would compensate me for the oil and filter. He said he expected that I would return the next week and everything would have gotten resolved at that time. I did not return at the time as I did not get any indication there would be any compensation for the oil and possibly the filter since I had installed it. He stated that was a misunderstanding on my part so I will accept that with good will. Thank-you, Gary for responding to my review and restoring my good faith with JB's Power Center.

My husband has used JBs on multiple occasions for engine work and has never been disappointed. We recently picked up his engine, Fern and the guys did an incredible job. Communication was thorough, they went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly and in a timely manner. We can’t say enough good about the guys at JB, you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend and we will continue working with them in the future
