We had a wonderful experience with Jerry and the team at Jedco. We met with Jerry to consider options to create a sentimental ring for our daughter using rubies we already owned. Jerry patiently showed us a variety of options and explained the process of having the ring made. The end result is an incredibly beautiful one-of-a-kind ring that meets the exact specifications we gave them, and moreover, is a ring that our daughter cherishes. Everything from the attention they gave us, to the very quick turnaround time, to the price and of course the ring itself is beyond compare. We highly recommend Jedco.

A business shouldn't indicate they are open until 5 pm if they are not going to stay open until 5 pm. Twice I rushed downtown after work looking to get my ring cut and repaired and twice I was met with a locked door although I was there well before 5 pm. My business has gone elsewhere.

Went to the store with daughter's boyfriend to fix the engagement ring which found gap between stones on one side of the band. Also one side of the band was being dipped to cover a stratch and made very noticeable marks on the surface. Brought the ring back and being told will be fixed. When picked up the ring after 3-4 weeks. Stones on one side is not aligned but yet the gap is being covered. Instead of polishing and smooth the surface, the other side of the band was carved with lines to make it looks like the same way. One can notice the defects on the surface, shape of the ring is not even and chipped without a magnifier. Very disappointed for the quality of a new ring band.

We went in to JedCo to get wedding bands at the end of August 2022, and to get the setting of my 14kt gold engagement ring modified to sit flush against the wedding band (which I was told would not be a problem at all despite it not being made from them).They told us that we'd receive an email with a quote in a few days, but it took two weeks with no word and a follow-up from me before we received a response. We were also told they would absolutely not cut into my engagement ring or make any changes until after I received a wax model so I could approve it and give them the go ahead. After 5.5 weeks of waiting with no word, I followed up yet again and was told the rings were ready and just needed to be polished. We were very shocked to find out that they would change my ring without first informing us.They also had to add extra gold to my engagement ring to complete the new setting, however it did not end up matching the wedding band created, and the rings were not stamped with the gold used to make them indicating the karat. The lack of communication was really dissapointing.

I took a family ring in to be redesigned and was quoted a price, when I went in to pay the price had gone up. When I picked up the remainder of my ring the extra gold was missing. Had to request it to be returned. Silly me had another diamond set by them and funny, had a quote, when I went in to pick it up , the price had doubled. . Had an appraisal done at Jedco and then went to another reputable jeweler for one as well. The ring is worth half of what Jedco appraised it for. Called to clarify this and am still waiting to hear. Weeks have gone by. My recommendation, spend your money somewhere else.

I had a great experience with Jerry and team. Even though I live in Calgary, they were prompt and provided me information during the whole process and I never felt like I was disconnected. When I received the engagement ring I was floored - they incorporated everything I asked for and then some. There were some details that I did not think of or notice in the examples I provided, and they just made the diamond pop! Thanks again, Jerry.
