Unfortunately, I’ve had two poor experiences here, both involving oil changes.
The first time, oil ended up all over the engine bay and fouled a couple sensors. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt—assuming maybe the car was dirtier than I realized—but after cleaning everything and checking for leaks, it was clear the mess came from a spill.
On the second visit, they overfilled the engine to the point that it began leaking heavily. The dipstick showed oil far above the full mark. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, he initially denied it was possible, claiming it would take 10–15 extra liters to cause a leak (my car takes about 4). After I showed photos and videos, he acknowledged the issue but insisted I should drive it back in. Given the visible leaks and drivability issues, I asked for a tow—which was refused. Communication stopped until I mentioned contacting corporate.
I’m not trying to be dramatic here—mistakes happen—but this has now happened twice, and the follow-up was dismissive both times. Based on my experience, I’d recommend going elsewhere. There are lots of shops in Edmonton.
