I was just browsing today, at the Kingsway store. One of the ladies working, came up and showed me, the new 8 way stretch in the leggings now. I was very impressed with her knowledge. I wasn't going to buy anything....but the quality of product absolutely changed my mind. I already have 5 pairs of tights from them.
I bought 2 more, another shawl and a gorgeous torque! Cost...$40!!! Very happy with the service and my new clothes. Thank you ladies!

The sales associate working today was rude and poor customer service. Not coming back to this location. The staff in Southgate location is more professional and nicet.

Went in here the other day to look for some cute leggings but was immediately taken aback when I saw one of the sales associates screaming and throwing her hands up in another girls face. Sales associate was a grown woman yelling and nearly getting violent to a young girl who looked no more than 20. As I quickly left I overhear the young girl call the associate by Cassie or Cassandra or something like that. Won’t be shopping here, especially not with such awful staff. Just cozy? More like I’m just scared.

Sad to say Kingsway marked up their leggings by $5 each, used to be $10/pair now it's $15/pair. I was going to go shopping and buy more leggings, but my $20 I wanted to spend just bacame $30. So I won't bother. Costco is cheaper, same quality for less $$. Get 2 pair for $15. Typical, companies just getting greedy.

I have visited just cozy in millwoods town centre the staff there was very rude with us and my child...she was literally yelling at my child....very bad customer service....I enquired about something she replied in the harsh way....still I bought a pair of leggings for my child quality is good.....but she really don't know how to talk to customers

Wow sure am glad they reopened at Kingsway mall best ever pant are great my wife got me a pair keeps my legs nice and and warm my wife loves the service and the clothes nice prices

Just by accident I came by and checked the store. I bought 2 pairs of black leggings. I’m very surprised as the quality is great, the price amazing and the staff are pleasant and nice. I will definitely buy 2 more black leggings. Highly recommended.
