Usually these guys are pretty good with their service, however this time around they disappointed me big time. I had booked with them for the summer tire change service and dropped off the car at the appointed hour of 5pm and confirmed with them that it would be done within the hour. The desk technician especially informed me that they close at 6 pm so I had to be there to pick up the car before that. I reached at the location at 5.45 expecting the car to be nearly done. As it turned out the car hadn't even been taken in until then. Finally around 5.55 pm they rolled in the car for the tire change. It got eventually done by 7.15 pm. What a waste of time, when I could have been doing more important things. I really hope they improve their service in the future and pull up their socks. Customer service and communication is key in any service industry and they need to retrain their staff on it.

Update: Unfortunately, there's been no improvement in service. We dropped off both cars at 4 PM, expecting them to be ready by 5-5:30 PM. However, the first car wasn't finished until 6 PM, and the second one hadn't even been started. It's now 7 PM, and I'm still waiting. Why do you continue to overbook or understaff, leaving customers to suffer the consequences? This is not how we planned to spend our evening. Your inability to manage schedules is frustrating and unacceptable.

We purchased Nokian Studded tires today for our new SUV. We dealt with Matt who was just great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Vehicle came in right at the appointment time and was done in a timely fashion. Thanks for the great service!

I have been visiting this location for quite a few years now. New tire purchases, winter changeovers, the usual, across 4 different cars.
One of the reasons I keep coming back is that my car is a manual transmission, and many of the techs that work here are car enthusiasts themselves who daily manual transmissions. This means every time they move the car they do it effortlessly, no clutch wear, no stalling, no lurching. It sounds like a little thing but I have struggled to find places with staff that can drive manual, so it makes a difference for me.
One time they messed up a parts order for our vehicle. They noticed before doing the install then made it right by getting us in the next day with the correct parts, and giving us a discount to compensate for our extra time.
I've noticed that wait times can be a bit on the longer side here if you are waiting for your vehicle to be complete. However, it's not super long and I would rather wait a little bit longer and have the techs be kind to my car, so I will happily continue to patronize this Kal Tire.

Don't go here for services. You can't get through their phone lines no one answers. You can't even book online either says offline. Way to service your customers kal tire. My tire is, flat and was urgent. This is second time I've had a, bad experience at this location trying to get in. When you do get in for booked appointment you will wait 2hrs or more. You lost a customer.

I used to love it here but customer service has gone away. One employee has on 2 different occasions stood at the podium and ignored me for 15 minutes as i waited to be helped for my appointment. I guess customer service is not their jobs anymore they have enough customers they don't need me. Never again.

Multiple bad experiences here. Two alignments on my truck and it still doesn’t drive straight.single tire had a nail in it. Brought it in and they lost a Center cap. And today I brought in for a tire change and they put one of the lower tread and one full tread on the back (4x4 truck) and that’s not right. They fixed it then lost the Center cap and said that it wasn’t there when they got it. I Haven’t lost a single Center cap in 10 years and somehow I only lose them in the kaltire parking lot. The guy at the desk was disappointed in the mechanics and offered me a $50 discount but I declined as it doesn’t change anything. Now I have to buy new Center caps. Fun.

People are polite and friendly but unfortunately the price of the same tyres were way more expensive than the others. They also don’t respect appointment. My car was 2 hours later than expected for another check-up. Reduce your price and train your team.

Not recommende they will not respond customer care covered plan items. Only paid services provide immediate response .i went for to repail flat tire of newly changed tires they said dont have time today bring tommorow i told its priority but still no help. I called their customer service they said meet their store manager he can help. He is even behave like rude. Loaction 9750 ellersile road edmonton

I’ve visited this location had a flat tire with my kids waited 3hrs and I’ve been told they can’t do it today the guy who asked me to wait and they’ll fix my tire name Darryl noon I would give 0 star if there’s I’m so disappointed and I would never go to Kal tire for any work as they’ve lied and wasted my time

I’ve went to Kal Tire in Ellerslie for the last couple years to get my tires changed and they’ve always done a good job. I appreciate that they’ll call me if they notice any other maintenance my car may need but are never pushy if I chose not to get it.
