Recently, I changed my tires and had my wheels balanced here, and saying I am dissatisfied is an understatement. I had an appointment for 10:30 AM and arrived on time, but my car was only taken into the bay at 11:30 AM, and the work was completed at 12:30 PM. Before booking, I specifically asked how long the service would take and was told up to 90 minutes, yet I ended up spending a full 2 hours. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the service.

Bought brand new tires from Kal Tire, had them install them onto my current rims. When my car was ready I paid and grabbed my keys and went to hop on my car. As soon as I turn the car on the tire pressure monitor reports a tire as having low air. I go back inside and have them check the pressure and sure enough my one tire is at 17 psi (should have been at 33). This is dangerous, driving on a half inflated tire can cause damage and catastrophic failure.
How you can install a brand new rubber onto rims and then only put half the amount of air into it is concerning, when I looked at my tire it did not look low so if I didn’t have my TPMS tell me it was low I would have driven away which would have put my brand new tire, my car, and my own safety at risk. This did not inspire confidence in Kal tire, please make sure your techs are taking the time to be thorough on their installs, I understand it’s the busy season but we are entering the dangerous time of year for driving and people’s safety and a job well done should be priority over a speedy service.
Otherwise so far the tires feel fine on my car and the price is comparable to most other suppliers.

We were here on a Sunday, expecting that it wouldn't be busy. But I guess its a peak season since it's a start of winter. Everything started well, we came 15min from our booked appointment. We came back 30min later, after our booked time and still waited around 40min. We already seen our car being parked and keys being put by the bin. No one entertained us and I had had to asked nicely if they can assist us since we already seen our car parked. The installation was great, product, service was ok. It was just the wait and the feeling of being ignored in the front desk like no one wanted to assist us that's why I'm not giving my 5 stars.

Some nonsense came up with my winter tire changeover, but Faith and her team made some magic happen and resolved it the next day instead of needing to wait the weekend.
I have been coming here for years and routinely get great service.

I’m happy with this Location. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Keisha for an excellent service. She is very helpful and have a good advice for me while winter tires are best for my vehicle.

I never leave a 5 star review especially for auto business's which are notorious for scamming or shoddy work.
But, these guys were awesome. Took my appt in on time. Did exactly what I needed. Cost exactly what they said. Front end staff werr very polite , friendly and professional. Very happy with the experience. I'm coming for that service they recommended.

Absolutely horrible service. They put tires on my truck the other week that I supplied and was supposed to do an alignment on my truck. Never did the alignment, Told me the tires were cupping and separating, which they aren’t. I went through the tires thoroughly before buying as they were used only issue was Slight weather cracking which is fine. After that took the truck home and checked over there work, found all valve stem caps missing, 20 weights on one rim, trucks shakes horribly, tires not torqued properly, no torque tag. I’m a red seal heavy duty mechanic the tires that were put on are fine and regardless of the “ issues” with the tires the truck can be aligned. I have never had an issue balancing my rims in the past the reasoning behind 20 weights is unnecessary and should be a clear indication something’s is wrong with the rim, the mounting, or out of calibration tire machine. I have taken the truck to a different shop as I don’t have access to balance the tires and rims of an alignment rack there was no issues balancing or doing the alignment on my truck. I have never had an issue with Kal tire in the past but Will definitely not be bringing my truck back to this one.

I came in early September. I bought snow tires and rims . I paid 50% down and asked them to have so I can come in and have them switched and it would be quick. They said no problem we can do that.I made appointment two weeks in advance and today the tires are all loose . They were not assembled. I will say they were quick. It was an hour and a half but it should’ve been quicker cause they should’ve been assembled as my request or if you couldn’t do that don’t tell me you cant . Also my rear hatch was not closed
I had to pull over and close it and I did ask for my tires to be set aside so I could bring a different vehicle back but they put it in my vehicle and my rear seats now are dirty .So not the greatest experience but not the worst . The open hatch and dirty seat is the main reason for a 3 .

I've been a loyal Kal Tire customer for many years and in more than 1 province. This location is by far the worst for in-person customer service. I wouldn't be surprised if there are employee on employee complaints. There is a major lack of TEAM atmosphere with the employees. They don't speak nicely to each other, they show frustration which each other for things they did or did not do, they exhibit anger by pushing the door that leads to the garage with extreme force and then angrily yelling to their co workers...all the while the line up is getting longer and there's a chap waiting 30 min to get his keys back that they couldn't find. I hope management reads this and investigates the obvious inter office conflict. You're likely a hair away from a harassment claim.

This location has been great, I came here twice over Costco. Costco tires told me it would take 3 weeks to order rims and another 3 weeks to get tires installed, kaltire did it all within 4 days. They saved me last summer too, I snapped a bolt on the wheel taking off my own wheels and they got me in last minute to fix it. They have fixed tires for me, and their costumer service is great.
