I have 44-year-old classic car
The shop was very clean and well organized
There were a lot of other nice cars there also which gave me comfort that was in good hands.
They completed repairs and provided me a quote on what else needed to be done and advised on what could wait or monitor.
Adele on the counter, she has a good working knowledge of cars and was very pleasant to deal with, good communication on the status and quotations.
Shout out to Mike in the shop for taking good care of my car, very knowledgeable on older model cars which is getting rare today. He obviously grew up in that environment and has a lot of experience
I strongly recommend this shop!

Ok so you own a classic car and looking for a service repair facility . Kar Tunes Automotive is the answer. I have a 46 year old chevy corvette and found them by incredible luck and a friendly neighbor when my car was acting up. The Kar Tunes facility puts you and your classic car FIRST. They ensure your car is stored safely and securely if it needs to stay , its is repaired the first time correctly and quickly at a reasonable cost to you . Adele will itemize and provide you quotes and the knowledge and skill of this team is the BEST anywhere. I've been to dealerships, big name repair facilities ,even a couple of backyard friends, this is the ONLY place to have you car serviced .Try them they will not disappoint .

My experience with this car repair shop left much to be desired. Despite booking a wheel alignment and receiving a quote of approximately $160 over the phone, things quickly took a turn upon my arrival. After just 10-15 minutes, the mechanic informed me that they couldn't proceed due to a worn-out ball joint and tie rod end. To my surprise, the front desk attendant then presented me with a quote totaling $800. Adding insult to injury, I was charged $80 for what seemed like a cursory inspection, which the attendant justified as a fee for inspecting the steering system. I expressed my dissatisfaction, pointing out that they should have informed me of this charge beforehand since they didn't perform the intended service. The manager intervened, justifying the charge by citing overhead costs and the need to pay their employees. However, their tone came off as dismissive and lacking in understanding. Despite their offer to deduct the $80 from the repair bill if I returned, I refuse to support a business that attempts to overcharge its customers. Sorry I'm all about supporting local businesses as long as they don't try to rip me off; if that happens, they won't find no understanding or support from me.
The manager even had the audacity to tell me that they're pretty reasonable if I'll bring my car there in the future...yes for sure I experienced that first hand...
I have several mechanic friends, but unfortunately, none of them have an alignment machine. However, I do have access to a full shop where I can potentially do the work myself.
I will take the truck in for a second opinion and I was totally gonna come back to Kartunes for the alignment if they weren't so greedy.
Their attempt to exploit my situation with an $800 quote for a tie rod end, control arm, and alignment is unacceptable.
Needless to say that I will not coming back to this shop in the future.

Exceptional service! I know absolutely NOTHING about vehicles. Other than, it’s working, it’s not working. Please fix it. I tried to take my baby to a few different shops. Each time I left feeling stupid and knew I wasn’t going to be using their services. Since I’ve found Kartunes, I’ve taken both my vehicles there whenever I have an issue. The service is impeccable, the quality of workmanship is exemplary, and I don’t leave feeling like I’m ignorant. Even tho I am when it comes to vehicles. I feel safe and secure doing business here and I’ll always be back. Thanks again! You guys are amazing.

Incredible place! The staff here are quite friendly and always ready to help, even if it’s an out of the box fix they aren’t gaining on. Honest, helpful and genuine! I’d recommend Kartunes to anyone!

Only shop ill used for all my vehicles services. They built my 67 mustang exactly how I wanted. Top service and crew. They break downs repairs with pics and reports. They will even show you the problem if you’re there on site. A trusted shop that’s been around for awhile.

10/10 would recommend these guys! They got me a last minute inspection done even though the day was jam packed for them, the detail in the inspection was like nothing else! From what needed to fixed to what they suggested be fixed was great, Pictures and videos to show me everything and why they made the suggestions, was amazing! Couldn't be happier with the service they provided! Thanks to Mike B, and Adele!! Appreciate the work you guys did!
