Called the Edmonton outlet store to find bags that could add to my collection. Megan and Richelle helped me find not one but 3 stunning bags. They are very happy to assist me and happy to answer questions regarding an item. Even everything was done through phone and text, my virtual shopping experience with them are fun and awesome.

went here after looking at some options online. upon finding price differences, associate amirah kindly explained the reasoning behind it (fyi the website is in USD). simple and easy, so thank you girl for being so nice. they had pretty decent sales. got myself a bag, i bought from kate spade before so hopefully the outlet quality is the same. thanks katespade

Worst customer service. Went in the store The salespersons working were just standing around talking but did not even greet anyone who walked in. As soon as I started to open a wallet to check out the product I get a “ I can help you with that” which at that point I didn’t need help. The Friday night staff March 15 are absolutely rude and argumentative. The signs in the store plus the sign about the wallets stated additional 25% off and even online it was additional 25% off. As soon as I got to the cashier she said “well I hope you know this isn’t included. I tried to tell her that online it stated it was but she argued with me saying the online and in here are not the same stores. Plus it’s all USD and you’d still be paying shipping insisting I just by it from her. If she wasn’t so rude I probably would have. I went to the WEM location and they ate so pleasant there. I wish I could give this store negative stars. I wish this store would hire better staff that don’t have attitudes and think they are better than anyone who shops there. Being rude …. Terrible

Rudest employees in the entire mall. No greeting when we entered and there was no one even in the store on a Friday night. Then one of the employees tried to stalk us thinking we were going to steal. If I were going to steal, it wouldn’t be from a discount outlet store. Then when we went to try to purchase a wallet, the employee at the til was being argumentative saying that the wallet would not include a discount even though there was clearly a sign stating “this section is also discounted by 25% off”. Then when we said we could get it cheaper online, the other employee acted like a complete cow and again argumentative saying it would be more expensive. I double checked after leaving this store, it was way cheaper online (even with USD conversion). Safe to say, I will never come back to this store to shop. I will also tell all my friends and family to never shop at this store. Better off going to the full retail store in West Edmonton Mall. More friendlier and conversational there.

JESSE went above and beyond her job description to help us. Jesse is patient, polite, and knowledgeable. She went through prices, and bag descriptions, over the phone, and sent a link for payment. She made our experience/Valentine's extra special and delivered the handbags to me in the mall. WHAT A SUPRISE!! As a regular customer, and SM in the mall, I haven't always recieved the best service from the girls here. Jessie's service changed that, and I assure Jesse is an asset to your company!

Terrible place, very disrespectful!You better not get a gift without a gift receipt, it doesn't matter if it comes in the original box plus the original bag they won't exchange implying that you have no proof of purchase. To me; it says I stole it!! Just to be clear! I despise the bad taste they have. The products are ugly, tacky and with a cheap appearance.Please don't buy from this ugly and outdated brand. You have other fabulous options. Don't waste your time with this thrifty store (look like) products. They are terrible and disgusting customer service.

I had really great experience with Kate Spade Outlet @ Edmonton international Airport location. Kristen at that location not only help me regarding exchange of a gift bag as I could not come to store due to living in different province, Staff at that store specially Kristen helped and guided throughout the process with keeping in contact with me. I receive my new bag with her help and the exceeded my expectations. What else I can ask for. Best people at the store makes difference ?

Very poor service. Wanted to make an exchange for the product which was under warranty but didn’t have the receipt tried providing them the date of purchase, card number but no efforts were made by the staff end to figure it out except of saying sorry.

I shop the Outlet frequently as I live just outside Leduc. Kate Spade is by far the best Handbag store there. The staff says hello, is always helpful when I'm seeking gifts or when I'm indecisive. When they have events on, sometimes there is a buy more and save more type thing. If they are busy, the ladies there are productive at the cash tills. I've always been happy with my purchases & experiences. When I leave, they say goodbye & thank me for stopping in.
