It is clean, lively, and has most of the stores one needs for shopping, with many noting it has more stores than before. The setup is a convenient way for people to get around. It features an amazing food court with nice food options. However, it is a busy mall with parking that is usually tight, especially during the Christmas shopping season. It does not have all the amenities of other malls in the city. The mall has experienced the loss of major anchor tenants and some troubles with shady characters, with a lower class of community around it that includes untoward people looking to cause trouble. Some feel proactive measures are needed to prevent a decline.
