Today October 29th 2024 on 11:07 am I called to this store and after short talk I asked if I may ask another question and the woman on the line just rudely hung up the phone. So bad, I won’t deal with this store anymore.

Edmonton west store (don’t know if Edmonton has more than one). Excellent service, I asked, lady went and found the product and brought it to the till for me to pay. Excellent.

I had a special request. Genie helped me out. She was amazing. I called and gave her a large tool list. She got all the tools I required and had it ready 30 mins after our phone call. There were a few items she had questions on and she helped me locate them. She carried everything for me even after I offered to help carry the load. She also told me she worked through her lunch for this request. Absolutely amazing customer service. She went above and beyond and was lovely to deal with.

I had called in to ask if they had a specific item that was on sale and Jenny was so very helpful!! She said they had one showing up in stock and went to check to ensure it was there. She put it on hold for me at the checkout and I was so grateful to her as it was a Father’s Day gift!! Thank you Jenny!!

Great store and good sales, I had an online order that didn’t go through, my fault entirely, and when I stopped by to pick it up they were very accommodating and picked out my order last minute. The sale had ended a couple days before I arrived for pick up time and they went out of their way to get me the sales from the time I had tried to place the online order. We hold a commercial account there and they have always treated us very well.
