I'll definitely be going back to Koch for my next service. They were able to look at my truck the day I called, diagnosed the issue and ordered parts. Called me when the parts arrived and nooked me in when it was convenient for me. Gave me a loaner for free (my truck was under warranty). Angie my service advisor was very friendly and kept me informed through the entire process, and tried to make sure i got a loaner that met my needs too. They detailed my truck before I picked it up as well. Thanks!

The Parts driver at this store should not have a license. Turned into oncoming traffic and didn’t stop for a pedestrian crossing the street. Koch ford has a reputable name, should consider finding a new driver that advertises your name with a high standard.

Great experience at Koch for service on my 2013 Ford Escape. Was in for a oil change and to have my winter tires put on. My Service Advisor Angelena was great, had me in and out in about an hour or so, was cheerful and pleasant to deal with.

Exactly the right place to do oil and filter change or any other servicing you want to be done on your vehicle. They are amazing staff warm welcoming. I dropped my vehicle for servicing and they order for me Uber to drop me home and brought me back. They gave me discounts on the service they did on the car. Koch Ford Lincoln is the best place to bring your ford for service or any work you need to be on your vehicle.
