Had a valve go on my hot tub recently over the cold snap. I was able to get in touch with a technician right away who was able to walk me over the phone on how to protect the tub while it was empty and broke down from freeze ups . When the technicians arrived they were polite and efficient with their time. Price was as very fair. Would highly recommend.

We purchased our hot tub from Koko Beach in 2020 and we have consistently received excellent service and support from them. They'd rather help us solve any tub issues over the phone instead of coming out and charging us for a service call and we really appreciate that. They know their stuff! I highly recommend purchasing a tub from Koko Beach!

Tony and the rest of Koko beach are great to deal with and have excellent customer service!!!
They were super patience and knowledgeable in answering all my questions.
And it is super useful that they have technicians that can come to your house and fix any problems!!
I would recommend using them and I will continue to do so in the future

Exceptional Service and Expertise!
Tony at Koko Beach Hot Tubs was fantastic from start to finish. From diagnosing the issue with my hot tub to offering step-by-step updates once I brought it to him, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Tony went above and beyond to stay within my budget and even helped load and strap down the tub before I left.
Even after I got the tub home, when one of the pumps was air-locked, Tony took the time to walk me through how to fix it—on a Sunday, no less! His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction is exceptional. I highly recommend Tony for any hot tub needs. You won’t be disappointed!

I have had a hot tub for 20 years and Tony at Koko Beach has been a trusted person who I have come to expect the highest quality service and products from. They respond quickly, always follow up and are able to help us at each turn. With an older tub maintenance is fact of life, but with that proper maintenance it can run for a long time. I am very please to recommend Koko Beach. And I really could not say more of Tony than he is a 10/10 guy! Highly recommend

Top notch knowledge and service.
I was shopping for a hot tub. Had been looking for about a month. Spent one day driving to about 10 different dealers. Last stop was Koko Beach where I met Tony, He didn't try upsell me. Just gave me the facts to help me choose the proper tub for me. I'm on a budget. Unfortunately I wasn't able to afford a new tub. Tony was able to find me a used tub that needed some tlc. He was able to repair and overhaul the tub. Gave me a great deal on the tub. Install was a breeze. Even though I thought it would be difficult for the installers as they had to use a picker truck to come over my fence. He and his staff have always been helpful and answer all my questions I've had about maintenance. I definitely would recommend Tony when looking for hot tub. You won't be sorry. Tony is your guy.

I inherited a hot tub when I bought my home and knew absolutely nothing - less than nothing - about how to maintain one. I contacted Koko Beach and Tony set me up with everything I needed along with a “how-to” session. Unfortunately the tub I inherited had some issues, so I made the decision to invest in a new tub. It was such a seamless, no-hassle process. Once I selected the model, all of the arrangements for delivery (it needed a crane) and installation were managed my Koko Beach. I literally just had to sit back and wait. All in all, dealing with Koko Beach has been a fantastic experience. Highly recommend for anyone considering a hot tub!

Tony was a super patient sales man who answered every question I had for months before I made purchase. Most importantly the after sales support still there, I had minor issue after install and Tony was there and fixed it up.
