I called them for a quote for an iphone, and they said that they will waive the 60$ activation fee. When I got there on the same day, they said that they can't do that. They literally try to hook me and I had to drive half an hour to find that they lied to me about that. I was changing from other provider to koodo, but now I'm happy I didn't when I saw this bad customer service!

Bought an iPhone at this location and was helped by Chuck. He was professional, helpful and made the experience pleasant.

Koodo is worst service ever , can’t even talk with customer service , they keep you busy with app , and ur issues are never solved, and they will let u pay for what they call it service

This morning I went to the Londonderry Koodo outlet, and was assisted by Victor. He was friendly, professional and set me up with my new phone. He was knowledgeable and explained things to me without making me feel like an idiot. I would absolutely go to Victor again.

Camila has bad customer service, and her friend Leslie's payment department has charged me 20$ extra, which I wasn’t supposed to pay. I have been a loyal customer of Koodo for a long time and now left the company because of these two individuals taking advantage of me; I have not seen a Corporate company ripping off their loyal customers and telling them you can go. We have enough customers. Thank you, Camila and Leslie, ☹️☹️☹️
