I am amending my review from 5 stars because Last Stop Moving broke the glass top of a table from a matched pair of tables. I have asked the company multiple times to recover the metal pucks that secured the glass top the leg assemblies. No one has responded to my request or even acknowledged that they got my message. All I have so far is a claim form.
The team were hard working but didn’t place boxes where they were marked to be placed. The final cost was a surprise when it turned out to be 33% higher than the estimate. The delivery time slipped by 4 hours because the seacans could not be delivered. Not a great experience after all.

Went above the job they were very fast.They were very efficient, they handled everything with care.They put my apartment back the way it was literally hands down the best movers.I have ever had in my life.And I am not kidding.You really need to hire these guys because they were the best i've ever had hands down.

Last Stop was great in the planning, provided a quick quote and scheduling was easy. I had Khalil, Dj, Gerye and Kosi do my move, they were fast, friendly and efficient. Unfortunately I noticed a couple things got dented and a kids chair broke but otherwise no complaints. Paying for the process was a bit frustrating, I was told at the end of the move that my price was $400 extra which was pretty frustrating as when I booked the job the man told me they were over-quote by me “just incase”. I got a call from the administration after I already paid that she did in fact over charge me and they would return roughly $200 via e-transfer so. Overall not disappointed, satisfied with the move but frustrated with the back end side of things.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this move. Items were broken, scratched, dented, chipped and scuffed. Estimates were not clearly presented leading to misunderstandings, and the actual charges being higher than estimated. The payment process was less than ideal: the crew hung around until we received a call from management who gave us an oral review the charges. There was no time or way to verify these charges as no detailed bill was presented.
