2 Loveseats
Delivery was on time, delivery men were plesant and careful.
The loveseats are as ordered - however, I was very disappointed that no unpacking was done and the packing materials not taken away, also disappointed that they did not set up and install the legs on the loveseats & there were no instructions included, this servce should be included especially for senior customers, other furniture stores do it. This wil be my first and last purchase from Leons.

Harvey in furniture and
Wade in electronics were very helpful, and knowledgeable, definitely recommend Leon’s and their staff.
Updated October 20 2024 .with warranty issues.
After buying the furniture, it began falling apart after 6 months, called and E-mailed the warranty company , took them a year to send someone to look at it, I’m sure the diagnosis was wrong, the furniture is so bad now, but all I keep hearing is that Leons is still waiting for parts very poor customer service, paid for a warranty , but haven’t seen anything to resolve or replace the sectional.

My fiancé and I went into Leon’s looking to buy a new mattress.
We were approached by Shala who asked if we needed any help and also offered us some general information.
We continued to look around on our own and when questions arose, we sought out Shala. She was extremely knowledgeable, gave us some suggestions, and helped answer all of our questions.
Shala wasn’t pushy at all with a sale and didn’t hover over us while we browsed, but was readily available when we needed help. We ended up picking a mattress and mattress cover and got an awesome deal on them!
Shala completed the order for us and set up the delivery/pick-up. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and smooth transaction. Thanks again Shala for all your help!

Yen was really super supportive, helped me and my wife pick up our living area furniture gave perfect idea and offered beautiful service, i would give her more then 5 stars if i had an option to do so.
