I can't say enough good things about my experience with Fee! From the moment I walked in, he truly listened to me, understood my budget, and never made me feel pressured—unlike other dealerships that try to push you with “now or never” deals. Fee was kind, patient, and made my mom and daughter feel completely comfortable. It honestly felt like we were right at home.
What really blew me away was that he went above and beyond by offering to drive me home since I had come in an Uber, and then even arranged to pick me up when my car was ready. That kind of care and service is rare. Fee wasn't just focused on selling a car—he was focused on making sure it was the right car for me.
I also want to give a big shoutout to Helan, the finance manager. She was extremely helpful and didn’t pressure me into adding a bunch of extras that would’ve driven my payments through the roof—such a relief!
In the end, I drove off with my dream car. Even though it came out of an unfortunate accident, I truly believe it was meant to be. I'm so glad I made the choice to work with Fee and the team. Highly recommend

Just wanted to experience the Lexus 350 RX for a year before giving any review.
The service was excellent through out the year. Everyone is very pleasant, helpful and welcoming at south pointe.
Enjoying the Lexus comfort and luxury a lot. One thing I do like to mention about one of the white leather seats, had threads coming out. Hopefully that would be fixed.
And thanks to Andrew Dye for making our buying process easy and sending Happy Fisrt year anniversary goodies for us.

Everyone at the dealership was very professional and customer focused. The whole process for me purchasing my vehicle was very straightforward and was made extremely easy through my sales representative Jatin Kapoor. Jatin was extremely helpful and very responsive to my questions in advance of my trip to the dealership. His knowledge of the vehicle was evident and this helped me in finalizing my decision. The gifts from Jatin were not needed, but were greatly appreciated Finally, the dealership was very nice and comfortable. They have added a lot of small touches that would make a service visit very pleasant.

I was more than pleased with my buying experience almost 3 years ago. Everything was fine until one of my tires needed replacement. I called Lexus for a quote and it was way higher than other places I contacted for a quote. I had purchased the tire and rim warranty for $1000. DON'T Purchase this if you have an all wheel drive vehicle! You have to replace ALL the tires, and only ONE is covered!
My tire was needing replacement ASAP. I live in Red Deer, so I took my car to a place with fantastic customer service. They found out my Wheel Lock Key wasn't in its place! NO ONE had touched my vehicle except Lexus Southpointe and a Lexus in Minnesota. Lexus Southpointe shamed me for not having my car at their location for 2 years, and then proceeded to tell me that it was MY fault there was no wheel lock key. Lexus Southpointe was not helpful at all. I had to purchase 5 possible wheel lock keys from them to have my tires changed! This whole fiasco lasted almost 2 weeks!!! 2 WEEKS without a vehicle and a whole lot of hassle!!

Got a nail in my new RX 350 a night before and road side assistance came and put the spare for me . Went to the service department next morning when it opened with no appointment and was helped instantly by Mila Huseynova (Assistant Service Manager) . She also gave me a loaner for a few hours to drive to work without having to miss work while they fix the tire. Thank you and I appreciate your help Mila

I had an amazing experience with lexus south pointe, their service was great especially Jatin, he was outstanding during the whole process we didn’t find black car in Calgary it was only available at this location and he helped us throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond for us . Also, he was very patient and answered all of our questions. We went from Calgary to edmonton because of the car availability and their service again . I had a fantastic experience at Lexus South Pointe, and Jatin was instrumental in helping me find the perfect car. I had visited multiple dealerships, but various issues—often the attitude of the staff— left me uncertain about my decision. When I visited Lexus South Pointe, I was initially impressed by the new features Lexus offers, but what really made a difference was Jatin’s support. He guided me through the entire process, making it easy for me to choose the right vehicle. I had my heart set on a specific color that wasn’t available at first, but Jatin went above and beyond to find it for me, a gesture I truly appreciate.
The customer service was excellent, and the staff was friendly. Jatin’s efforts were like the cherry on top, making the experience even more enjoyable.
I look forward to doing more business with Lexus South Pointe and hope for great after sales services as well.

Jatin helped me and my family throughout the entire process of buying my new car and it couldn’t have been a better experience. He was extremely professional but also personable. He took the time to understand the type of car we wanted, and kept our needs and wants in mind throughout the entire process. This was a pressure free decision and he was there to answer any questions we had. He took his time and gave us various options and his extensive knowledge of the vehicles greatly helped. This was truly the best experience I’ve had at a dealership all thanks to Jatin. He stayed after the dealership had closed to help us come to a decision. It is evident that Jatin truly cares about his customers and genuinely wants them to be happy with their purchase. He was transparent throughout the entire process and extremely patient.
Unlike another dealership I visited during the pursuit of buying a new car, where I felt forced to buy the vehicle against my wants. He cares about his customers and helps them come to a decision that is beneficial for them. Jatin was extremely understanding and let us take the time we needed to come to a decision. I am extremely satisfied with the service that Jatin provided and am confident in the decision I made. I recently purchased my 2024 Lexus RX350 from this dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
The dealership itself has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff is kind, helpful, and attentive. The process of purchasing and receiving the car was incredibly smooth and stress-free.
A special shoutout to Mike, our outstanding salesman. From the very start to the delivery day, he was there to answer all our questions and address any concerns we had. He wasn’t pushy at all, and he always made sure to be as clear and transparent as possible—something that’s rare to find at other dealerships. He’s truly a gem!
