Thank-you Brittany for the perfect light again! The Kelvin table by Flos is an amazing light for a small size with a dimmable function and the brightness of a much larger light. Our entire home is from Lightform and the customer service is the best. Love it there!

I love the space and the fact that it carries more than lighting.I had been looking for chairs for quite sometime for our dining room table. I had actually gone in looking for a mid century modern clock (which I found) along with the 6 perfect chairs for our table.This place is definitely worth a visit!

We ordered two pricey table lamps and received them last month. One doesn’t work and the other is missing parts and cannot be put together. We have called and emailed twice to address this and haven’t received a response.Edited to add customer service has contacted us and will replace the lamps. Thank you!

Buyer beware. High-end lightning, low-end service. Purchased a light via online, mistakenly ordered the wrong electrical option. Only after I placed the order, was there an indication that it was a "special order" and therefore, according to their policy, couldn't be exchanged. It also arrived later than promised. After back-and-forth emails, I learned that all their lights are "special order". So why have a return policy if that's not a possibility? Further, the customer service agent said he would contact the manufacturer to ask if they would be willing to do an exchange. He did not follow through on this. Now I'm stuck with an expensive light I can't use!
