Store’s alright, but I’m a bit annoyed that there’s a big sign advertising sensory-friendly hours Tuesdays at 10-12 when there is no such thing

The people who work here are kind and pleasant. Benjamin is especially helpful and friendly, and gave good advice on an item I was having a hard time deciding on, and I had a fun time chatting with him while we did. Everyone is patient and available to assist without being overbearing.
As an aside- the layout of the store product could use some work. It's clean and faced nicely but like- as an example- chapstick is two aisles away from throat lozenges, boxed in around chips and frozen food and cookies. I appreciate the square footage and support beams limit what's possible, but that makes the layout matter even more. Still keeping the 5 star rating because your staff here are great.

Very clean and smells amazing because of the food they make in the bakery/pizza section just don't expect to find everything as the store is a quarter the size of a regular store

Small downtown grocery store, always clean and easy to find items. The staff though are some of the most unfriendly staff- no, smiles, no hello, no thank you. Maybe some staff training in customer service would work?

Their prices are considerably higher compared to other Superstores/No Frills (Same company), so if you have the option to, I'd suggest going to a different store for groceries.
Their cheese bread sticks are way too skinny for the price. It's as if whoever's baking them has no idea how to form an acceptable cylinder shape. Sometimes there's no Bakery items in the morning too, which is ridiculous considering it's far past opening time already. It's a shame considering their Bakery goods are pretty good. However, there's been times when the pastries are clearly burnt, but still being displayed. Also, their strudels really lack filling so I wouldn't recommend getting those.
Further, the fact you're keeping the self-checkouts closed and leaving only one cashier for the morning is pretty terrible, especially when 4-5 people get stuck behind one customer who can't figure their stuff out. There was also one time the cashier was busy typing/playing on their phone right in front of me. I don't care if you're using a personal or work device, but when you have a customer waiting, you should be serving them first.

Always closing the check out stations before you close. The staff would rather make sure they get out early than service the customer till the closing time

I absolutely love this Loblaws! I like that it is smaller and regardless carries a great selection. The staff at the deli have been very nice and helpful to me. And there is an area to eat when you’re on the move!

Ridiculously long lines at non peak hours. They close all the self check outs and have one cashier working while the rest of the staff stand around.
