I recently visited this skincare store and had an amazing experience! Huda was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and guided me through their vast range of shower/almond scented products. She took the time to understand my skin type and recommended the perfect items for my needs.

Could not recommend this store enough. Huda was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. She offered assistance in helping me find my perfect oil, hand cream and perfumes. She has amazing customer service skills and will make you feel so welcomed. Everyone should check out this store, she definitely made my visit spectacular.

My only experience here is on the phone for orders but I am very happy. The woman that answered was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. She could answer my question with accuracy and went the extra mile for me.I highly recommend this store and this brand.I was first introduced to L'Occitane while in Switzerland and I love it (I don't have luck with the hair system though) and have noticed an improvement in my skin since using their lotions. I love so many of their scents in the variety of products and am extra pleased with samples that I can give away to friends and family, or try myself if I haven't. My husband is especially fond of the Verbena line.

Very poor customer service. Too bad to see a store like this does not really appreciate customers experience. And they think it’s ok to say I don’t need you to be a customer. It is shocking and very unprofessional. Because of the person who works there, I will not ever shop this brand again although I love their products very much.
