Update 01/14/2026: Calling the 1-800 number is pointless, I called after they responded. Just save the time go to Home Depot (it may be busy but at least the staff is friendly and you don't need to mix your own paint)
We originally planned on going to Home Depot but thought Rona would be less busy so we chose to come here since our Leduc location didn’t have the MDF in stock.
We needed paint, mdf and a few minor supplies. It was $170…
We waited at the paint counter for 5 minutes for the customer service gal asked if we needed help, proceeded to PA requesting someone to the paint counter, announced two more announcement calls and still no one came. WE MIXED OUR OWN PAINT WITH THE MACHINE (we’ve never done this before and didn’t know what we were doing). No one still came. Get to the self checkout, the tills weren’t recognizing the barcode on the MDF so the self serve lady was calling for assistance and all she needed was the item number (which I found myself on their website) she typed it in and I paid. Than pushing the cart in the snow filled parking lot was fun too.
I’ve already left my number for someone to call me. Rona is filled with incompetent people and is entirely self serve. They probably wouldn’t have noticed if we walked out without even paying.

They’ve turned this store to absolute garbage. They lock all the doors, close all the tills, nothing works.

no service in looking at counter tops. and most of them that where showed said discontinued. at least take them down so a person doesn't look at them.

Excellent experience at RONA! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in finding exactly what I needed. The store was well organized, well stocked, and easy to navigate. Prices were competitive, and checkout was quick and smooth. I really appreciate the great customer service and wide selection. Highly recommend RONA for all home improvement needs!

I was there to look for blinds yesterday. The staff in the blinds area really need training on how to deal with customers. I had one gentleman with good intentions point me where they are, and he just left. Perhaps he doesn’t specialize in that area, but it would’ve been helpful to ask if I needed help finding something specific or calling the right person. Eventually another older lady showed up there but she seemed busy with restocking and didn’t ask once if we needed help. After 10-15 minutes right before leaving I stumbled into the kinds of blinds I was looking for but I still had questions on whether they were a good fit for my windows or if there was anything else I needed to know. I eventually approached The lady but she had no idea of anything and she eventually left while I was trying to find a picture on my phone to see if she could recommend a better option. I didn’t bother to approach her after that. As it turned out, some of these blinds didn’t fit on some of my windows and I’ll have to return them all and look for something different elsewhere.
At the Pro member cashier I did get some better customer service from the two younger girl and guy though. That’s why I’m putting a 3 star and not a 1. Many of those hardware stores need to do better with training their staff how to deal with customers. I think next time I’ll take my $1,000 elsewhere.

At this Rona+ place has more variety than regular Rona.
This place was LOWES Store before.

Waited over 20 minutes for assistance in the lamp section and asked 3 times for help, but no one showed up. Extremely disappointed with the level of service. I would not recommend this location at all.

Store hours are different than listed on Google, unimpressed showing up to a closed store that says it's open online.
