Went into M.A.C today to get a foundation swatch ( and told her I wasn't buying anything today ; just looking for a face swatch & to look at lipstick shades )💄💋
RECEIVED SUCH WARM ATTENTION
I thought 🤔💭 she would drop me like a hot 🔥 🥵 potato ( coz I even left my wallet at school - I sincerely came for a swatch ) , BUT NOPE.... SHE STOOD BY ME ; as we looked for a shade for my face as well as lipstick shades to that went well with my skin tone .
Her name BREANNA ❤️
Just that on its own, spoke VOLUMES FOR ME. I value customer service 🏆 a lot !
And MY GIRL BREANNA WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME !!!!!
( Wat was supposed to be a swatch ended up being a good 👍 😊 purchase .- I went back n got that stuff a few minutes later 😉)

The girls Breanna and Constance helped so much with finding me what i needed! I fully trusted Breanna in finding me the right colour for my Paint Pot! I loved these girls and enjoyed the chat with them! They’re so fun and beautiful inside and out! Ps loved their little message 🤭

I came to this location in a huge rush today and within stepping inside Andrea approached me so kindly and colour matched me perfectly in 2 minutes. I was also given a skincare sample at checkout. I was beyond thankful for her quick yet wonderful service! Andrea is wonderful :)

I went in March of this year to buy the same foundation I have been using for 20 years to be met with confused looks from both employees. One usually last me for about a year and works really well. I couldn't remember the exact name and had said NC44 and foundation with SPF because the SPF is important to me. The girls looked at me very confused and said if they carried that product they don't anymore. They gave me a sample for a different product which I thought was ok but definitely not the same as my previous foundation and did not have SPF, which again I asked for in a different foundation if they didn't have the one I have been using for several years. Normally when I went to buy my foundation the person behind the counter would simply just look it up on the system and find the products I've bought in the past. One of the girls even though confused was still very nice where as the other had a really bad attitude and was dismissive and made me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about. Why is it when I was scrolling through a Black Friday ad for Mac did I just see my foundation?? Ya it's in a different container and the name may have changed slightly but why would common sense not come in to play? I've included a picture of the ad and the foundation I ended up getting after trying the sample. Honestly product knowledge and basic customer service go a long way.

Great, friendly and helpful staff. I spent quite a while choosing my new lipstick shade and both the staff were very nice and patient. I ended up purchasing a new lipstick and also an eyeshadow that i really like.

MAC Cosmetics is my go to store for the BEST NW Studio Fix Powder plus foundation. This store has the best makeup products in my opinion. CAT who was working that evening, answered all my questions and was super helpful and friendly. Love their eyeshadows!

We passed at Mac today and it’s my first time going there, we were help and even put make up on me even we didn’t buy anything as well as gave us samples for 10 days. I’m very grateful to Rabia and Zarah I really felt pretty and confident when I got out from Mac. Thank you so much!

My makeup artists didn't show up. I booked the appointment a month in advance. After sitting in the store for 20 minutes wondering what was going on the manager finally came up to me and said my makeup artists wasn't there and that she was on the bus coming in. I had a photo session and hair appointment to get to and couldn't wait the extra hour it was going to take to just get started. I walked out. They never called to apologize. It totally messed up my day and my headshots which I couldn't rebook.
