The staff are pretty friendly. Good at advising about their products. One of the staff ""IZzy Rizo""helped me find correct colour of concealer and foundation and how to use it and gave some great tips.....Thank you IZZY? will come back soon

The Kingsway MAC Cosmetics was visited today for a cosmetic mirror which they did not have; however excellent choice of lipsticks and given that the pink one bought several years ago needed replacing, with the help of the assistant I chose a new colour violetta and the list of ingredient indicate its ethical sourcing..and signed up for their promotions..even if I do not use a whole lot of make-up, but lipstick is something I always use to accentuate my natural smile.. Rabia was most friendly and helpful.

Amazing customer service every time I visit the store, the staff are so friendly and accommodating!Kristina always goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, help you find whatever you need and she always has the best product suggestions if you’re not entirely sure of what will work for you or not!

Great experience in the store today! Aisles were clear, testers were available, shelves were clean! It was busy, but I was able to get the help I needed with a product quickly and I was good to go within 10 minutes.

My friend & I were each helped by different consultants quickly & simultaneously. We were very pleased by their friendliness, knowledge & professionalism. We both purchased several items which have met our needs nicely. Solid quality products.

I needed to stop quickly into the mall on a Tuesday and pick up product. Everything else was open except MAC It was shut and I waited for 20 minutes. No one was around. Really frustrating, if you had to go for lunch maybe just a sign on the door to let people know when you’ll be back. :-(

Loved my service. Great staff . Store was really organized and clean. Lauren was very helpful! I always fell so welcome in their fun environment. They are all super knowledgeable about the products and make it fun shopping for makeup.

Kat is AMAZING!! She helped me out with everything from finding the perfect foundation to showing me how to apply it properly.I'm not makeup savvy. Every time I’ve gone into this store, it was an amazing experience. The team made sure I was comfortable and help me with all my questions! I’ve never felt so welcomed.They have also made it possible to shop safe in these Covid times. I can’t wait to go back!

Such a great experience! Was greeted with a smile by the staff, Lauren was extremely helpful with colour matching me to a foundation, as well as recommending an other skin product to help with a perfect dewy look. She also helped me pick out a lipstick and wasn’t in any rush the entire time. Felt so personable & easy, will definitely be going back!

I went in this morning to get false lashes for a wedding today. I have no idea how to put them on as I have always got my makeup done in the past and they put them on for me - but they are no longer doing applications due to Covid. The sales associate working (Lauren) was INCREDIBLE. She took the time to show me step by step how to apply the lashes and was so patient with me. The world needs more Lauren’s!
