This rating is for Alejandra who is a total absolute superstar. I’m sorry this is 1 year late !
Basically Alejandra can handle a REALLY busy store and still has a banging personality while doing it - I came here 1 year ago for a course Mac offered and so there were a lot of customers in the store obviously but she was able to deal with me as an indecisive customer with her product knowledge expertise and when I got distracted by my friend.
Then a year later I came back and inquired about the course again and she remembered me and it was just super sweet . Give Alejandra a raise cause she is WORTH IT ?? ? ? .

My friend and I adore this location! Mostly due to the exceptional experience/service we received for Ali/Alejandra she is absolutely the BEST! She is super helpful and always perking you up, this is girl needs all the things in life, she is a shining star and MAC Cosmetics and this location should be aware that she is phenomenal. We do love MAC products, but the service makes buying all the things that much better :)

Such a great experience! Alejandra was so helpful and knowledgeable. As an older lady I hate shopping for makeup, but she made the whole experience so much fun. Love my new products, I will definitely be back

Love this location, the employees are so nice and accommodating. I booked makeup appointments for myself and a friend to get our makeup done for a concert and it was amazing! We felt beautiful all night, they are so talented and catered to the looks we wanted! Renee & Jabeen went above and beyond for our girls night and made us feel really special and we looked great! Will be back to this store to see them!

After a bad experience at a different cosmetics store in the mall, I came here to purchase quite a few new lipsticks.And although there was only one girl working and she was very busy she still managed to help me extremely well!! Thank you!!

I was in this Mac location on Friday and I had such a pleasant experience that I will be back again soon. I needed to pick up makeup for my sisters wedding and didn’t have a ton of time. I have not purchased anything other than drugstore makeup since the pandemic started. Alejandra was absolutely fantastic at shade matching me and suggesting the best products for the day and she was great to talk to. She is an incredible representative for the brand that I started buying from over 22 years ago! Definitely left feeling beautiful. Thanks again.

I’ve had great experiences in the past at this Mac, but this time I had a terrible experience! I came into Mac because the current Mac foundation that I use isn’t a good fit for me, and I wanted to look into foundations that are good for dry & sensitive skin.The gal was NOT helpful at all. She kept trying to convince me that the foundation isn’t the problem. She kept persuading me and was trying to sell me a setting spray, when the foundation IS the problem. Like I already use Mac’s moisturizer, primer, concealer, foundation, and setting spray. The foundation is CLEARLY the problem because i’ve used different moisturizers and primers, and it isn’t working out for my dry skin.Incredibly disappointed with the customer service, and the some of the staffs lack of knowledge on skin. I came in to receive assistance finding a foundation, and I did not receive any assistance whatsoever.

I happen to enter MAC store without much knowledge about their products but luckily met Alesandra (Best Customer service ever).She understood exactly what I needed and helped me choose products according to my skin and made me use best of the offers available in store, It was like having a friend who knows exactly what I need , I am a healthcare professional so I am very keen on hygiene of products and handling but hands down , all the staff was following COVID protocols and It was a pleasant visit. I felt I can trust the person helping me which is most important part of customer service!
