I customized two wedding bands at Birks, and Grace assisted me throughout the process. She took the time to understand my preferences and needs, patiently answering all my questions and helping me choose the perfect rings. The custom rings turned out beautifully, and I am very satisfied with the result. I will definitely continue to shop at this store in the future. ?

I've had a 3-year ordeal with Birks over my wedding band and engagement ring. Six months after getting my engagement ring, the prong got bent, and it took about 8 weeks to fix for some reason. The staff at the Southgate location were snobby and slightly racist each time I came into the store. My husband refuses to go into the west ed store because the staff are dismissive and unfriendly. Fast forward 3 years, the diamonds are now falling out of my wedding band. The jewelry store I took it to informed me that it's a manufacturing defect, but of course, Birks only offers a 1-year guarantee for their jewelry. From the day I decided to purchase from them, I've experienced awful customer service and subpar quality. DO NOT BUY your jewelry from here if you want it to last, support your local jewellers such as Vandenbergs (5 year warranty and friendly staff)
