Amazing experience picking out the perfect engagement ring! Went to many stores as many of us do. Do not waste you time going elsewhere as the comfort I had in dealing with the staff throughout the ordering process was outstanding. Do yourself a favour and visit the girls at Birks! Roberta was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! It helps that they have the most stunning quality of diamonds!I’m glad I went here. It truly was a seamless experience! ….. and she said yes!

If you’re looking for quality, amazing customer service and a personalized shopping experience look no further !I’m so so pleased with latest shopping trip to this store , I picked a gift for my mom for her birthday & they were so helpful and made the experience seamless ! Do not do business with this branch of Birks. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. They do not meet their commitments and act like it is somehow your fault that you expect them to be true to their word. 2 days LTE and still getting the runaround. PatheticUpdate: Three days late, 120% higher cost than quoted, snobby staff, and the ring STILL isn’t the proper size. Go anywhere else if you value customer service.

I bought a diamond ring and it’s supposed to come with a GIA certificate. However, it didn’t come with it until I asked for it. The staff only gave me a copy but not the official certificate. I was told to wait for 2 weeks and they would call me if it’s arrived. And, it’s been more than a month, I’m still waiting without any call. Bad service.

Don't go here if you don't like being judged. The quality of product and service though can't be beat. It is HIGH END jewellery. If you are looking for a bargain keep walking by. However if you are in need of any silver cleaner, cloths etc do make the venture inside
