The rates were very reasonable for a container and the people were so friendly to work with... Lots of flexibility and helped us out so much in the storage of our belongings during a major renovation

I can't stand storage facilities..this one is just like the rest. I have had the worst dealing experience with this place and my belongings have only been there since May 2023 and already my stuff has been ripped off. The laws need to protect ppl better from these companies.

I went to Make Space Storage Company in Edmonton...They have great customer service and the facility is nice and clean.. Jessee who works at the company helped me out alot,...Jessee is friendly, she got a great sense of humor and great customer service....the companies should keep their employees and Jessee is a keeper....She works hard for the company and she deserves a raise.

Very easy to setup and organize pick up and drop off the seacan. The expertise for helping us make sure our seacan is placed safely during the winter on the streets was greatly appreciated. This help the move go really smoothly with no issues.

The staff at the Edmonton location do an amazing job everytime, with a smile on their face. Friendly, helpful, Nathaniel is always willing to provide forklift services to move heavier items whenever required, without hesitation!

Some containers are so old they have multiple leaks. Took a week and a half to get that addressed. Access to the site is a gong show. They provide you with a code to open the gate but when you get there it will be locked with a keyed lock and zero access to a key. This has happened multiple times over the last 3 months. I will be clearing out of here asap and find a better run business for my storage requirements.
