I understand closing time, I do not need however 4 people telling me in a span of 2 minutes you're closing in 10 min. I knew exactly what I wanted I had it in hand but when the 4th person approached me and told me they were closing I dropped the product and left. Customer service a thing of the past? 6pm closing time too? You know your clientele works till 530 most days. Even on Sundays. Won't be coming back.

This store has great customer service but unfortunately the worst selection of sizing and actual work wear I've ever seen at a marks. If your in need of work wear that's not a small or a medium I'd highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

the evening manager was incredibly rude, letting her training staff member struggle to help us just watching till the very last moment to pipe in and scold the trainee for trying to help as well as she acted as if they were closed during the working hours of company with other customers in the store.
i feel very sorry for the trainee because she was trying her best.
as well as attempting to sell damaged merchandise for full price.
i work in customer service and it would not sit well with my company acting like that not to mention she was a manager training an employee.
very disappointed in the management and customer service from the manager or leader.

Employee incompetence. Unable to figure out how to apply more than one corporate voucher at a time. Had to ring up each item with one voucher individually so they were only able to use 4/5 vouchers on four items. This meant I missed out on one voucher and paid more than I should have had to. The voucher says more than one can be used at a time which hasn't been a problem in past years. I will take all my business to other Marks locations where they know what they're doing.

I can almost guarantee that 90% of these reviews are bought and paid for. Every single time I have been to this store I have been disrespected and left the store feeling like less of a person. They talk down to you don’t offer any respect in any way. By far the worst marks work wearhouse in Edmonton. They really should receive an award for being so ignorant and arrogant. I returned a pair of shoes once and got talked down to and asked in a very ignorant way if I wore them to work. Until I asked the name of the store.

This was a clothing store. It seemed that there were more men's clothing than women's.
There were also many work uniforms and work shoes. Some items were on sale that day.
I found that a men's coat with a layered (faux two piece) look was quite smart.

My first experience 3 years ago was absolutely horrid specifically the customer service. Much better now, staff have changed , service is great and I usually get pretty good stuff at decent prices.

The manager at this store is unprofessional and not helpful at all. He was rude and dismissive towards me AND his staff. Every other staff member I dealt with was excellent, but the manager was awful to deal with.

Terrible selection of work pants for anybody that's under 6'5" or 200 lbs. Pathetic that I have to order my clothing online because you can't stock for people of varying sizes. If you want peoples money manage your inventory better
