Everything was fine until checkout. Kiranpal seemed uninterested and was focused on other no needing attention things while I was struggling to enter my email address for the electronic receipt. It only takes a moment to lose a client.

Awful customer service.The manager is a very unfriendly person who never cares about customer satisfaction.You guys need to change the store manager to be able to keep your customers.It was our second very bad experience with South common Marks du to the store manager.We never come back here and will recommend everyone who asks not to.

They won't return anything. The return policy is awful, and the manager of this branch is very, very unfriendly and rude. He did not care about customer satisfaction, just said sorry. The store needs to change the store manager, as it will lose many customers.

Lvy/ Ivy - very rude customer services, don’t know how to talk to customers, she definitely need some good training so that she can learn how to behave with customers. Rest of the staff is very helpful and polite;Lvy need to learn from other staff members that how to talk, she ruined my day today

Don't waste your time here. The staff is rude and dismissive. They lack proper customer service skills and will push you aside if they think you're in their way. Rubbish.

Nonsense store. It seems like the staff is hired only to greet, serve, and cater to a specific section of the community (non-POCs). I will not be returning and will be advising others not to go there.

Customer service was very poor. They didn’t even fold my clothes and handed them back inside out. I always shop at the Mark’s in West Edmonton Mall and have been happy there, but this location was unprofessional.
