Went there on Saturday the time says 10 .00 to 9.00 pm so way re they close. Online and on the front door sign says 10.00 too 9.00 pm all good I well all ways go there no matter what

Disappointing experience at this store. I tried on boots in-store, but the promo code I found online only worked for online purchases, forcing me to order from my phone. The cashier was rude and seemed to be having a bad day, as if she wanted me to leave immediately. After purchasing, I was told I couldn't just take the box that was there and to come back later due to a misunderstanding about shipping vs. in-store pickup. Returning 20 minutes later, I picked up the same box I initially brought up to the front. The hassle and poor service outweighed the savings. I'll avoid this location in the future.

My wife and I went to avail of your promotion with Mark's
work wearhouse.
Upon arrival to the West Edmonton Mall Branch of Mark's work warehouse, to buy Levi's Jackets (wife & I) ,there were salespersons gossiping around with loud voice, instead of helping us. In disgust, we have decided to leave the store to go shop somewhere else.
Thank you for the promo , but no thanks.
Dear owner,
Kindly, do not add to the
aggravation that we have suffered.
Should you really want to follow-up, change the way your store treats,
shoppers/buyers with efficient friendly shopping experience.
We guess that you do not want to pay salary to gossipers with loud voice.

Purchased shoes online, Marks sent the wrong size & would only refund shoe cost. I had to eat the shipping. Emailed customer support and recieved a generic email response that did not help or resolve. Buyer beware.

To bad there is no option for 0 stars. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from Meisha on Thursday evening. I live 1.5 hours one way out of town and the Mark's in West Edmonton Mall was the only store that had the correct size and boot I was looking for. I called in the same day to reserve the item for me to pickup after work Thursday. From the time she helped me when I walked into the store to when I left she was very rude. She had a condescending tone in her voice and didn't seem like she cared or wanted to help me. I know with other Mark's locations they offer a student discount of 10% I showed her my husband NAIT ID card and right away she rolled her eyes and said no that's not a discount we offer. I told her we have gotten the discount at other locations and if she can double check cause I drove 1.5 hours to get to this store. And she then again rolled her eyes and said very snarky and rude no we don't have that. This also isn't the first time I've had bad service from her cause I used to work in the mall and she also NEVER gave me or my co workers the mall discount. I paid for my boots and left the store kinda mad and disappointed not going to lie. I called the next day and talked to Jackson. He gets a 5 star rating same with Lisa and Monica. Unfortunately I had to drive back into Edmonton to get this shorted out and get student discount. But the 3 managers Lisa Jack and Monica where helpful 5 stars for them they have really good customer service experience just wish I didn't have to drive back into the city to get this cleared up when this all could of been avoided if Meisha did her job and look at there employee handbook or ask a manager if she wasnt sure and not be so rude and snarky. Not sure if I will be back to this location cause I've had bad service from her before. But the managers are super helpful so I might be back because of them and how they handled this.

Horrible customer service. MEISHA, the sales clerk, has a very poor attitude. We drove over an hour to this location just to apparently have to deal with her attitude over a student discount.

Very disappointed in the service. My daughter was denied her online pick up because she forgot her I.D at home. I understand having I.D is policy, but I don’t understand how they can’t make any exceptions. They would not allow the use of any other method for pick up (e-mail receipt, credit card that was used or even signing in to the online account). The lady helping my daughter was no help in trying to rectify the situation, it was a huge waste of time. Needless to say, this will be the last time we shop there.

You can find a few good end of season deals, store is clean and organized, staff is sparse and cashiers were ok during this visit. The level of service varies depending on the time of day you visit.
