I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at Marshalls Northgate Centre in Edmonton due to the behavior of one of the managers, Michelle. Her conduct was shockingly unprofessional — she was rude, dismissive, and showed no regard for basic customer service. It felt like she looked down on customers rather than treating them with respect and courtesy.
The way she interacted with me and others around me came across as discriminatory and completely inappropriate for someone in a leadership role in a customer-facing environment. No one deserves to feel belittled or disrespected while shopping.
I truly hope Marshalls takes this feedback seriously and addresses this issue. People like Michelle should not be representing your brand — customer service matters, and every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

Was here today doing a return and the cashier needed to double check that was from a winners/marshalls store when it literally had the tag still attached. What makes this a problem the lady behind me in line also did a return but they didn’t have to check if her returned product was sold in Marshall’s/winners. Maybe because she was also wearing a hijab like the cashiers? Who knows…

This place always seems to have the stuff i didn't know I needed. Check it out and often. If they don't have it today they restock often with unique items, it's not just clothes.

This store is fairy small and has a really small men's section, which isn't abnormal for Marshall's but besides that, I did find it a little hard to find items I was looking for. The way everything is laid out doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but it's overall a nice store, clean, and the employees I spoke to were very nice!
