I had a negative experience with Assistant Manager Alma during checkout. Her demeanor was unprofessional and discourteous, and she displayed a lack of concern for sales. She essentially told me to leave if I wasn't going to purchase the item, stating that they had other customers.

I had an extremely unpleasant and discriminatory experience here.
During my visit to return an item, I was assisted by a cashier who appeared to be very scruffy. From the moment I mentioned that I wanted to make a return, the cashier displayed highly unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, including rolling his eyes multiple times throughout the interaction.
What was most troubling was he repeatedly and insistently asked me if I was Chinese, even after I acted angry and chose not to respond to the question. This behavior felt not only inappropriate but discriminatory, leaving me deeply uncomfortable and offended.
I have always enjoyed shopping at Marshall’s, but this incident has made me question the values and customer service standards of your store. I believe that no customer should ever feel singled out or discriminated against based on their ethnicity, nationality, or background.

I tried to return pictures frames with a valid receipt and they refused to do so and without explanation.

I went into the ladies washroom and an employee didn't wash her hands after using it. She walked right out. I think this is utterly disgusting 🤢🤮 So then I went and told the lady at the fitting room about it and she paged the manager Alma. To my horrific surprise she was the employee that didn't wash her hands! So I told her to forget it. As I was walking away, they began whispering to one another. Anyways I'm not impressed at all with this location. Dirty and unprofessional people!

There is a wide selection of men's and women's clothing, as well as shoes, socks, hats, bags, accessories and more.
They have categorized different sizes, making it easy for people to find clothes that fit.
I didn't expect the styles here to be so fashionable, but I felt great after our visit.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Marshalls. I tried to return an item that was clearly ticketed wrong from another Marshalls store, but they refused to take it back. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was not my fault, and I shouldn't be penalized for it. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. It’s frustrating to feel like a loyal customer is being blamed for a mistake that the store made. I expected better service and won't be shopping here again.

Love this location! This Marshall’s is one of the main reasons I visit this mall. Tons of selection. The shoe selection is incredible - especially for bigger sizes. I’m a size 9-9.5, and they always have so much for me to choose from. Clothing sections is incredible, and the pet section is large

Careful when buying an expensive product at Marshalls. I bought a bag at another Marshalls location and when I went to return it here, the store managers Brittany and Melody refused to take it and said I have to return it to the store I bought it from. I was not told this when I purchased the bag nor is this requirement mentioned in their return policy. Overall, bad experience with their staff and no regard for customer convenience. One should be able to return a Marshalls purchase at any Marshals location.

My last visit to this location.
I intend to purchase a bundle of face cloths for $9.99 and there was a snag of thread. The cashier brought it to the managers attention. She offered to see if there was more. She came back negative. I asked to get a discount(the cashier earlier said that i might ). The manager said no because it was too low of a price. But she would cut the thread off. I refused the purchase. She failed to realize that such low priced items get discounted for clearance to lower pricing. So She was full of excuses not to give a customer a break. Then I found a snag in the towels I bought So I got a refund and left. What a disappointing experience. If I were another nationality would I have gotten the break? I wonder...
