Mastermind Toys offers a cool selection of toys, more directed at learning and skills. The store is clean and organized, with a good selection of toys and other things. The staff is typically extremely friendly, polite, and helpful, even offering services like gift-wrapping. Customers note the toys are of better quality, though some are a bit pricey. The business has a loyalty program where children can get a free birthday gift, though the choices have changed. While most visits are great, there have been recent instances where staff were observed gossiping and ignoring customers, which was off-putting. Many shoppers spend a lot of money there and prefer it to other toy stores.
