“Went in to shop for a new mattress today with my partner, and Roger was there to great us right away. He explained features about mattresses so well that I feel like I could work there and sell them. Roger wasn't pushy at all, which is really hard to come by. He instead offered tailored options based on what we need and want, gave us space to draw our own conclusions, and also provided advice on anything additional to the mattress. Ultimately, he helped us find the right mattress for us. The price points are competitive, and I love knowing we are supporting a small Canadian business. When the time comes for a new mattress, we will be coming back here. Thanks again, Roger!”

I had an issue post delivery of one of my furnitures and complained about it, to my surprise a new one was ordered immediately and delivered at no extra cost.”
“We bought our mattresses (King and two twins) from Aman last summer. We found him to be kind and honest. The price we paid was competitive and almost certainly better than other box stores.
There was a delay in our original order (factory issue, not because of the store) and Aman kept us up to date on the status of our order. We love going to sleep in our beds every night. Stop shopping elsewhere and come here!
A note for others is that Aman is sometimes out doing delivery, so it may be best to call ahead of time to make sure that he is in the store when you arrive. Don't let this deter you from checking out this store though!”
“We had a great experience with Factory Direct Furniture. Our delivery team (Sam, Moe, and Ahmed) did an excellent job. We were originally told that installation would take two days, but they completed everything in just one full day. They worked consistently, were respectful of our home, and showed real care in how they assembled everything.
I also want to acknowledge Gary, the manager. He was attentive, detail oriented, and kept us informed throughout the ordering process. He helped us finalize our selections and made sure all of the details were correct. Arjun, the first salesman we met, was also helpful and pleasant to work with.
Overall, the service from purchase to delivery and setup exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend Factory Direct Furniture.”

“The Sales person was very knowledgeable and was able to go to the trouble of getting all the electronic equipment hooked up to show us all the various options for this purchase. When I couldn’t get in to finalize the payment on the day arranged, there was no problem delaying it for an until the next week.
He was very good about describing what to expect during delivery and told me to call him if everything did not arrive I damaged and was not fully installed. The electronics were fairly complex to hook up. All went smoothly and everything was working as expected. The delivery guys were great, also very knowledgeable and helpful making this delivery well worth the cost of delivery and set up service. It was nice to see that they sent 3 guys so it was a fast and efficient, a pleasant experience to see our delivery guys that seemed to enjoy their jobs even though this was the last delivery of their day.”

“Will start this off as Hany with Sleep Country won me back with the exceptional service he provided. I had decided I wouldn’t be going back after Sleep Country wouldn’t honor the warranty on my last bed. But once I dealt with Hany he gave me a great price on a bed then when I needed to exchange it for a softer model which was a lower end model and the prices had come up significantly from the tariffs he made it right and gave me the original price quoted when I bought the bed.
