The morning manager really needs to work on her attitude towards paying customers especially ones that come in and spend almost $30 on breakfast (and i was alone) also when they've CLEARLY had a really bad night/morning. What you think homeless people don't have the ability to write bad reviews on Google.... Think again!!! I think you should seek different employment if you don't have any people skills! Or Fix that attitude of yours, it's not my fault you couldn't get any further in life than being a manager at McDonald's so don't take it or on me!!! I'm still furious! ? The only reason i don't give them 1 start is because the night manager is awesome! I think she should get a BIG raise because i love her and she IS a people person!

Unfortunately took my nephew here for lunch as he loves having McDonald's with auntie. We ordered a plain cheeseburger and unfortunately it came with mustard, ketchup and onions and pickles. I did not check the burger before I came home and my nephew had a complete meltdown. Had to drive all the way back to the store to fix the error. Meanwhile I had a 4-year-old child. Very disappointed and hungry.

The manager told me my order is not in the store after i showed her my order picture. Then after 10 mins my order started to appear when i asked again and no professional services from the manager. She straight up lied and walked away. Then i didn’t even got my ordered bagged and the staff attitude is like they are running NASA.

I ordered via uber eats. And add extra 2 gravy. But it looks like they didn't packed it well. See pictures for your reference. So messy!!! And we are not able to eat the food with gravy because all the gravy was mess already on the paper bag. So dissappointed!!!!

No refills. They'll actually then the machine off on you if they see you refilling your drink.Avoid this location.

Drive thru for coffee, the flavor definitely was off ... not sure what the issue is. After i spilled the coffee in the sink, there was 3 or spoon full of coffee grinds in the bottom of the cup.

The guys in the back are doing great food was good, however the Treys me and my group were handed were cover in old sauce. The tables are all disgusting. A little sanitation would go a long but instead the employee that should be cleaning up are just standing standing there

I find this location to be far more concerned with quantity over quality meaning seeing how many customers they can rush through a day seeming not to care about customer service or the accuracy of orders (with the exception of 1 or 2 employees). By far the worst location in Millwoods and would not recommend.

Very worst service!! Owner needs to take an action. As a team they are harassing and making fun of appearance. It’s kind of bullying and harrasing. The person name and Jacob and Asian girl laughing and treated so badly. Very bad bad customer service. Never had this kind of experience any McDonald or Tim Horton. Need to be trained how to treat customer in a professional way. Definitely won’t recommend any of my friends and family. They lost our business.
