The experience here was amazing I took my mother for facial and eyebrows and she was in love with facial treatment and ladies were respectful and kind to us. Also, I went with my friends a long time ago and agin we were very happy when we left my face was glowing I am 100% going again if I am in the mall.

I read the reviews here and was excited to go. i had asked to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady at the front counter seemed less then pleased to help me. Then she talked bad about her other clients to me and another worker for 5 minutes. The other worker tried to redirect the conversation multiple times with no luck. The cherry on top is my eye brows looking horrible, my arch and shape are completely gone compared to what I came in with. I would not recommend and won't be back. Going to Southgate merle moris way better. I don't know how I'll fix my eyebrows.

I went September 9th to get a second nose piercing (not my first experience with piercing). Normally I would go to a tattoo shop but my friend was also getting her ears pierced so two birds one stone.The woman who did the piercing seemingly had zero experience. She used a gun instead of a needle and an ear stud rather than a nose ring. She pressed so hard that she pierced through to the centre cartilage, pinning my nostril shut and causing me to have a pain induced seizure. I came to after a minute or two and not only did she not apologize, but she insisted I still pay for the service.Be warned going there for piercing services, I’m thoroughly disgusted with my experience and the trauma it caused.

The worst place for a facial ever. I just asked the lady if she could turn up the steamer, but what happened next was shocking and abusive. She put my hand right under the steamer and she burned me. I asked her why she did that and she said she wanted me to see how hot it got if she turned it up. She could have easily told me that instead of burning my hand. I felt like getting up and leaving, but I don't know why I continued. I will never come up here after that, ever.

Without a doubt provides the best piercing service in Edmonton. The staff are extremely safe and careful with sanitization and wearing masks and not to mention the process wasn't painful at all.
