Been bugging me everytime i see my baby's ear piercing that is uneven. 1 is lower than the other one. She did mark and everything and looks good. But then after it was done i noticed it already. Didn't bother to say anything coz i am not that kind of person and thinking what can i do? It's already been done.I do understand that baby gets irritated during piercing. But they were trained to do that. I guess i just have to wait couple years to have another on 1 side to fix/make it even. But going somewhere else. 😔

I really wanted to love this store, but I had a really bad experience with them. I went in for the first time at Merle Norman (wem location) to get my eyebrows threaded. It wasn't my first time getting them threaded, but it was the first time I did it with them.The girl who did them, I think her name was Monica, made it so uneven and just overall bad. I pointed out that it didn't look right or good at all, but the girl refused to acknowledge it and kept insisting that it was the "shape" that fit my face and overall appearance. She ended up thinning it out, make it uneven, and took a long time just to do a horrible job.
I was so disappointed, didn't want to argue, and just went to another place to save whatever is left. The other place I went to (Kurves) tried their best to make them look decent but the initial work was so bad I still had to get my brows tinted. Even the staff at Kurves were confused with how she did my eyebrows. I hope they train their staff at Merle more properly with these kinds of services, because their customer service was overall good, but the lack of proper skills ruins someone's day.

Always warm and friendly staff that take good care of you. I’ve been going to this location for years for my brows, and it’s people like Victoria there who pay attention to your requests for how you want your brows done. Cannot recommend this location enough.

I had an amazing time getting my first piercings here at 27! I was pretty nervous, but Monica and Victoria did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and it was overall a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Got my ears peirced for the first time by Nibal, she's lovely and very professional. She made the whole experience memorable and less nerve wracking. She made me feel comfortable which made it easy to trust her. She explained everything from beginning to end and answered any questions or concerns I may have had. She took her time and walked me through step by step and let me see before peircing, she did an amazing job. I LOVE my piercings and couldn't be anymore happier. Ask for Nibal .☺️
