I came in today to do a return for a damaged item. Robert was the employee who helped me. He was great!!! However, when he asked for support from the supervisor, who was Nancy, he was met with a bad attitude from her. My return was valued at $34.99 before tax. He was asking for help because a supervisor is required for a purchase $35 or higher. Robert was told with a bad attitude that unless the computer says to call her. He shouldn’t be calling her. I guess interrupting her standing at the other till chatting with another staff bothered her. No employee should ever be treated or spoken to like this. I am truly disappointed that I witnessed this. Robert did great!!!

Gavin was so patient, helping me select some frames for some prints I bought online. Hint: don't buy prints online.

Needed a clear purse to attend the P!NK concert later this month at Commonwealth. All I could find was Temu junk or overpriced LuLu and Michael Kors stuff. Was glad google suggested Michael's with the 40% coupon I scored it for $9.

Didn't have what I was looking for...I came looking for a zipper. They had some put very minimal. They do however have lots of amazing stuff and they have pretty good sales too
