  I used the services of Midas on 104th st in Edmonton. Here is the experience that I got:
  - Friendly team
  - Professional services
  - I got my car tire fixed
  - The price is way less than I expected
  - I did the booking in a very short notice - they still accepted the appointment. I had to wait for a little bit because I didn’t had an appointment from the day before but the waiting time was not long at all.

  Steve informed me that I had the wrong size tires on my Murano. So he went and bought the right size tires on from BC. Had them balanced and installed on a timely manner. Thank you

  I had an excellent experience at this specific Midas location. I did not have an appointment, and when I visited the 99 Street Midas location where i originally purchased my tire package, they were unable to help me. Steve at this location went above and beyond to accommodate me and made sure I was taken care of very quickly.
  
  I had a nail in my driver-side rear tire, which they patched up promptly, and everything was covered under warranty. Steve and Karan were both extremely helpful and professional. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to everyone!

  Great location. Usually able to wait around for smaller work like oil changes as they're pretty quick. The last time I went in for an oil change, the new ownership waved all fees which was amazing!

  I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change, expecting efficient service, but encountered unacceptable delays and pricing issues that undermined trust in this shop.
  
  Arrived on time for my scheduled slot, yet work did not begin until 1.5 hours later despite the prior confirmation. The entire process for a routine oil change took over 2 hours. I Called ahead and received a clear price plus a promise of a free oil change next visit; at checkout, staff charged more.
  
  Would not recommend this shop, poor time management and pricing inconsistencies issues.

  Appointment or not, Midas on the trail will always try to help you with whatever you need. Especially if it’s a minor issue such as wiper blades or a quick question about your remote starter and why “it’s not working” If your ever in need of tires, oil change, literally any service for a great price go to Midas but Midas on the trail is the best one!!

  I went in to purchase the buy one get one free synthetic oil change that I found out about. There hadn't been a walk-in to make this purchase yet and the front desk attendant wasn't sure if I could buy it without getting one of the oil changes at the time of purchase, and leaving with a coupon for the second.
  But, he didn't hesitate to pick up the phone and find out how he could make it happen for me.
  I really appreciate that!

  Edit: It's a year later and I'm sitting here on a Saturday morning, waiting for my free oil change, and a brake fluid flush. My appointment was for 9:00 and it's 10:00 now, and my car hasn't budged from the lot. Another customer came in for his 10:00 appointment and was told he would be waiting up to 2 hours! This is blatant overbooking that nobody appreciates. When he said he didn't know what he was going to do for all that time, all the seating was taken so a customer suggested he pull up a tire to sit on. The staff said that it's that time of year that everybody is coming in for their free oil change, so of course they're busy. Bah hum bug. If I'd have known I'd be sitting here all this time, I would have booked an afternoon appointment after work for sometime in the near future.
