7120 Whyte Ave NW Location: If I could give 0 starts I would. Do not take your car to these scammers. I took my car in to have a flat tire repaired I dropped off my car and returned to get it 4 hours later and was told the tire was unrepairable and that my tires were past the allowable manufactures date and all 4 tires would need to be replaced. So I purchased 4 brand new tires for $600 from midas because I was told they had great warranty on them and made an appointment to have them put on. Again I dropped my car off and after a few hours I received a call from the manager at Midas stating they had done a full inspection of my car and found that my brake pads needed to be replaced and quoted me around $1100 to have that done even though I had not asked for a full inspection. When I returned to pick my car up 4 hours later my car still wasn't done and I had to wait an additional hour. When I asked to see the inspection report I was sent an online report that didn't include pictures or information to show the degree of wear on the brake pads. I declined that service and asked that they just put on the new tires. After picking up my car I noticed that all 4 tires kept loosing air so I took my car back and spoke to shop manager who said she would have the guy redo the bead on the tires again. When I picked up my car for the second time the shop manager's commented to me sorry for the error but you know when they have to do things twice they learn better lol. Like seriously!!! Great customer service there. I realized after picking my car up for the 2nd time that the tires were still loosing air and the new valve stems they put on 2 of my tires were to short and did not stick out past my hub cap. Called Midas again and asked to speak to the department manager person on phone took my contact info and said I would receive a call back. Two weeks later and still no call back from Midas so I had to take my car to another shop who had to redo the bead around all 4 tires again which cost me an additional $120. This shop has the worst customer service and must pride itself on ripping their customers off when their incompetent workers can't do the job right. I will NEVER take my car back to these scammers again.

My both cars Acura and Jeep were scheduled at 1 pm respective 12 pm. However, both cars needed to reschedule for the following next days. I was waisting time and gas driving both cars for servicing.

My overall experience with this Midas was not bad. They get the job done for the most part, but don’t expect great customer service. I was told on the phone when I drop my car off for a tire change I could wait in the lobby until it’s done because it would have been quick. However, when I dropped car off in the morning they told me it won’t be ready for another 3 hours because someone called in sick. So I had to pay for a uber to pick me up and drop me off later in the day.

Firstly when I called to make my appointment the man was so rude to me. He treated me like an idiot and was rushing through the call. I even gave him the serial number of the tires I wanted and he scoffed at me saying, I don't know what that means. I come in for my scheduled appointment and they tell me they don't have the tires I ordered in stock. Really bad service from start to finish. I will not be giving Midas my business.

Good experience. I’ve come to this location a few times. They have been helpful. Their prices are competitive.
I used to go to the dealer where I bought my vehicle, but I lost trust in them. The dealer seemed like they were pushing the idea that a lot of things needed to get fixed, so much so that I should consider trading in.
For regular things, filters, tire, exhaust or brakes I do what I can myself, and for the rest I bring have been happy with what Midas has offered me.

Genuine advice and charges. My front rotor was messed up by other location. To which steve helped me and figured out a solution. Saved me from driving in danger. Recommend this location instead of others.
