Is there even a point of booking an appointment if I have to wait for 4 hours only for a oil change , the manager old guy with a bird doesn't care or apologize, you would like it that way or leave !

I brought my SUV here to get new winter tires put on. After installing the tires they informed me that my brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced ASAP and quoted me for them. I then took my vehicle to my regular mechanic and he told me they do not need to be replaced right away and there is still quite a bit of life left on them. I will never bring my vehicle here again as they tried to rip me off.

Midas on 97th was amazing. They got me in quickly, and when they understood that I was in a time crunch they worked with me to make sure I was out on time. Their service was top notch and each person I talked to was kind and helpful.
