Went in for an alignment, and they refused to do it without "fixing" a part that was just replaced by my mechanic on friday. They charged 89 dollars just to lift the vehicle and wanted to charge over 1700 for the whole thing. Also lied about the pricing of the aligned said 160 over the phone, then came back and said it was 179. Even my mechanic called them a bunch of crooks. I'd recommend not wasting your time with this location. They're there to take advantage of customers, not serve them.

My Durango had the battery light show up on the dashboard and had to take it in for repair. Turns out the alternator was bad and needed to be changed. Luckily, they had the parts and had it changed right away. Took a little over an hour, which was within the time frame I was given. Overall, they were kind in explaining what the problem was and what was going to be done. Job well done 👏🏾

Don't go there.Don't trust them.rip you off 40 %more,even without service. They advertised oil change with tire rotation. Even I confirmed price, before I go there, they charge 40%more without tire rotation. When my wife asked tire rotation, first time, said yes,second asking,said can't find lug nut, technician said no but manager said everything is done. They can't rotation without lug nut.
They said whenever I find that will do that. Next day, phone them to make appointment. But I have to pay they said. Terrible service, rip off price,and lied.absolutely not recommend.

I visited Midas on 34th Avenue for an oil change service yesterday. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, and I was informed that the service would take approximately 1.5 hours. However, the service was not completed until 2:30 PM, taking nearly 3.5 hours.
To make matters worse, while traveling to Red Deer today in challenging road conditions, I discovered that my windshield washer fluid was empty. This was particularly frustrating as refilling washer fluid is a standard part of the service I paid for yesterday at Midas. This oversight compromised my safety and ruined my plans for the day.
I expect better efficiency and attention to detail for a service of this nature. Please address these concerns and ensure this does not happen to other customers.

I have been coming here since May 2024 for routine oil changes and tire repair and Nathaniel and the Team do great work. I always get good service and I can depend on them. I highly recommend this Store as one you can trust. These guys have strong work ethic and integrity.
