I inquired about a oil change, the guy on the phone kept trying to upsell me on what I should do. Very rude and ignorant. I said my car is 20 years old , he told me I need a full synthetic oil change and if I did a standard oil change I need to sign waivers and give permission and it was better to just to the full synthetic 😅🤣. I have never been told that before ever getting a oil change. What kind of scam are they running here

I had my alternator changed. That went well, though pricey. I was asked to come back for my tires to be retorqued after 50-100km. I did go back there and I was told there was no need since nothing was done with the tires the first time, claiming they didn't have the time to do it.
Why did you tell me on my first visit that you had done what you did not do?

Had another great experience at Midas with my oil change yesterday, complimentary checks on the entire vehicle, parts, accessories and tires; including tire rotations all for free.
Even got a 10% 1st responder discount on my bill as well as a free coupon for my next oil change...
Sarjat was also exceptionally wonderful at the service desk 👏

Bad experience and bad service first time. Got an appointment for 'to wait' (wheel alignment) and the guy receptionist said that it means I have to leave my car....for me,I don't need you business when you guys are tricky and liers..never will go back..

Go somewhere else. Upon returning my car, the steering wheel was filthy, the gearshift knob was covered in dirt. The tires were not rotated and the air pressure was not checked or filled. They told me my cabin filter was filthy and I just replaced it a month ago. Seriously. Go somewhere else.
