I don't know how a business can operate when they have an open sign and lights on, but the store is closed. It's a disappointing pickup spot for U.P.S. like anyone has time to waste driving here to find out.It's closed after getting a message to go pick up your parcel.

When they are open they are friendly, however I went 2 times today while the store was supposed to be open, and neither time was open! I sat and waited for over an hour because the hand written sign said "back at 3pm" and I waited till almost 4 pm! I needed to pick up my UPS delivery, but couldn't because it wasn't open...

When you literally arrive here for an important package before heading out of town and you see this... This is not okay, and not how to run a business. If you needed a break then post that to the Google site and act accordingly.

Same complaint as some previous posters, management appears to actually have store hours be “when they feel like it” as opposed to what the posted hours state they are. Very frustrating when you are trying to pick up packages!

Has an Amazon Locker and the Lady is super friendly,its a young business trying to grow,never had any issues during their posted business hours ,its a 1 person show,so I imagine she has to take a break once in a while,but thats perfectly acceptable.

Amazon locker that I use to get my stuff from Amazon is in this building. "Management" often has the store closed despite saying that are open both on Google with their hours, as well as there open sign is on. This has been a HUGE inconvenience with trying to get me Amazon orders, as I only have 3 days to be and to get my order from the locker before Amazon automatically sends it back. And, not only does this happen often, they usually aren't back by the time they say they will be anyway. This happened yesterday to me as well.

I stopped here for a snack run since it was close by. The lady behind the counter was friendly and they had some snack food that wasn't expired. That's about all I have for positives. I bought a bag of chips and when I got home I saw that the chips expired May 8 2023. It's one thing to find a bag of chips in your pantry that are over a month past their due date and decide to eat it but there is no excuse for a store to have expired product on their shelves

Literally just the kindest person if your looking for snacks drinks or a quick meal to make try to stop in ☺️☺️☺️ I'm sorry I won't be able to stop in any more the cannabis store did some shady stuff and I quit I'll make sure to stop in this summer when I come by there to skate❤️
