Don't come here if you're looking for luggage, it's more expensive compared to those in walmart and winners and it's poorer in quality. We recently bought luggage and had to return it, only to find out that they don't do refunds only exchanges. We weren't told this during our purchase.

Your employees is grumpy and got the owner on the phone who was just as grumpy. If you’re going to have a 10 day return policy you should honour it Horrible customer service.

Nice store with an interesting collection of merchandise. There is of course the luggage but also shoes. The store is clean and well lit. My wife and I liked our visit and had an excellent conversation with the owner. Very friendly and helpful. This store has been in the mall since it opened about 35 years. Since the store is in the mall there are washrooms available and plenty of parking outside. The store is easily accessible.
